• How many days do I need to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  We would recommend 2 days per park if you want to take advantage of everything they have to offer, as well as revisiting your favourites. During busier times of year an extra day may help. Don't forget, with your 14 day ticket you don't need to commit to a full day at the parks, you can come and go as you please, hopping between the theme parks with full flexibility! If you have limited time, we strongly recommend getting to the parks early in the day or including a Universal Express Pass ticket in your booking to skip the queues.

• Are 2 days enough to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  We recommend planning at least one day for each park. If you wish to experience everything Universal Orlando Resort has to offer in a limited time or during peak season, we would recommend upgrading to a Universal Express Pass ticket.

  If you’re visiting in 2025, you will have 1 day of access to Universal Epic Universe with your Epic Universe ticket.   Guests visiting in 2026 can visit Universal Epic Universe multiple times for the duration of the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket. This multi-day, multi-park ticket offers unlimited park-to-park access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe AND Universal Volcano Bay water theme park for up to 14 days.

• When is the best time to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort is open year-round, so the best time to visit is really up to your personal preference! If you wish to celebrate any of the bank holidays in the parks or even bask in an American style Halloween, Universal will usually have something special going for you to enjoy, just don't forget they can get busier during school holidays. We strongly recommend getting into the parks early in order to get the quickest access to the most popular rides.

• What tickets should I buy for Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort run a variety of different ticket options and offers throughout the year. The best value ticket you can pre-purchase in the UK is without a doubt the 3 Park Universal Explorer 14 day ticket, which is currently on offer at the same price of a 2 Park Explorer for 2024 visits. This gives you unlimited access and flexibility to visit Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay over a period of 14 days. 

• Can I buy one day tickets to Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort do not sell 1 day tickets in the UK but rather offer an excellent price for unlimited access to all 3 Universal Parks for 14 days which typically works out cheaper than buying a 1 day access to the 3 parks individually at the front gate.

• Can I buy tickets for Universal Epic Universe?

  Universal Epic Universe Tickets go on sale from 22 October 2024 with the park opening 22 May 2025. 

  For visits in 2025, choose the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket.   Will call Kiosks at Universal Orlando Resort are located at the front of each park and can also be found in the reception area of any of the Universal on-site hotels.

Food & Drink

• Can you bring food into Universal Orlando Resort?

  Inside the park you can bring: bottled water (maximum 2 litres), small snacks that do not require heating, any food required for medical purpose, any food required for special dietary needs, baby food/baby formula and soft-sided insulated bags no larger than 8.5" wide x 6" high x 6" deep.

  Yes, umbrellas can be brought into the parks and are also available to purchase in the gift shops should you need.

  Universal Orlando Resort is conveniently located just off International Drive and around 15 minutes by car to Downtown Orlando

• How far is Disney World from Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort is around 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World. If you aren't driving, taxis can be found at the hotel or you can book and an Uber service around $20/$30 each way. • How far is Universal Orlando Resort from SeaWorld Orlando?

  Universal Orlando Resort is about 10 minute drive from SeaWorld usually less than $10 through Uber. From the CityWalk bus loop you can also catch the shuttle bus that connects the two parks. If you’re looking to visit various parks, check out our Orlando combination ticket packages.
