As Epcot is the closest park, you may see some of the fireworks if standing near the lighthouse area or by walking across to the Boardwalk. However, a lot of this show usually takes place at a lower level, so you are likely to not see it all. Of course, the ultimate viewing location is inside the park itself.

Are the pools at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort wheelchair accessible?

Yes! Stormalong Bay is wheelchair accessible because it has a zero entry design. This means guests can experience the sandy-bottomed main pool without needing to use a pool entry system. However, for the three other pools at the property, guests will need to make use of the chair pool entry system.
