Ideal for larger families, recreation includes swimming pools and a white-sand beach, fitness and horse riding trails, boat and bicycle rentals, fishing, hay rides, camp fires and sing-alongs under the stars. The six-person woodland cabins offer a quaint rustic holiday escape and are reminiscent of the log homes from pioneer days past, but with that special Disney touch. The interiors, sprinkled with richly-coloured wilderness accents, offer a fully-equipped kitchen, full bathroom, air conditioning, daily housekeeping, TV, VCR, dining room seating for six, plus an outdoor picnic table and grill. With vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, staying in a Wilderness Cabin is like having a little lodge just for your family.

From August 2019 -Until further notice
Tri-Circle-D Ranch
Tri-Circle-D Ranch will relocate to a nearby area of Disney`s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. As part of this, The Draft Horse Barn and Pony Farm will be redesigned into a one new, enhanced barn within the ranch.
In preparation for the new Tri-Circle-D Ranch location, the current Draft Horse Barn, Blacksmith Shop and Pony Farm will close mid-August 2019. The Draft Horses and ponies will move to a temporary location nearby in order to continue providing exceptional care for the animals until the new barn is completed.
Pony rides have temporarily moved to the Trail Blaze Corral near the entrance and Reception Outpost at Disney` Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.

Note: From January 9, 2023 through early April 2023, Meadow Swimmin’ Pool and whirlpool spa will be closed for refurbishment. The water play area and Meadow Snack Bar along with the Wilderness Swimmin' Pool and its nearby whirlpool spa will remain open for your enjoyment. You may see and hear construction noise while this refurbishment is underway, but you should not hear noise from Guest rooms between dusk and 9:00 AM. We apologize for any inconvenience.
