  The Twin Ticket gives you one full day admission to Siam Park and one full day admission at Loro Park.  You don't have to visit on consecutive days but your second park visit must be used with 14 days of the first visit.

  No printing is required. You can simply open the digital PDF ticket on your mobile phone and present the barcode for scanning at the entrance turnstiles. If you prefer a physical backup, you are always welcome to print a copy at home, but smartphone entry is completely supported.

  Transport is not included in the standard one-day ticket; Siam Park does provide a free double-decker shuttle bus service that runs daily from various pick-up points across Southern Tenerife (including Los Cristianos, Las Américas, and Costa Adeje). 

• How far is Loro Parque from Costa Adeje and Playa de las Americas?

  Loro Parque is just over 1 hours drive away from the south of the island. If you don't have a car, we offer a Loro Parque ticket with transport which will take you from the south of the island.

  Yes, the water at Siam Park is heated to around 24 degrees Celsius.

  If you love big drops, head straight for the iconic Tower of Power, a near-vertical 28-metre transparent slide that plunges you straight through an aquarium filled with sharks and rays. Other world-class thrill highlights include Singha, a high-speed water coaster propelled upward by water jets, and the gravity-defying multi-person raft drops of The Dragon and Kinaree.

• Which Siam Park rides are best for families and younger children?

  Siam Park is incredibly family-friendly. Toddlers and smaller children love Sawasdee and The Lost City - two massive, interactive water fortresses featuring miniature slides specifically scaled down for safety. Families can also drift together down the peaceful Mai Thai River or splash safely in the shallow waters of the Siam Beach wave pool.

• Can you swim with dolphins at Loro Parque?

  You aren't able to swim with the dolphins at Loro Parque although there is an amazing show you are able to see at the Delfines exhibit.

Facilities & Amenities

• Are there lockers at Siam Park Tenerife?

  Yes, you don't need to carry your wet gear around all day. Lockers are available to rent inside the park on a first-come, first-served basis for approximately €7 for a small locker and €10 for a large locker. Towels are not available for rent but can be purchased at the on-site shops if you forget yours, although we highly recommend packing your own to save money.

• Is free Wi-Fi available throughout Siam Park?

  Yes, Siam Park offers complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi network coverage across the entire park. This makes it easy to stay connected, coordinate with your group or download your digital tickets directly to your phone while you are there.

• Are sun loungers, life jackets, and tubes free to use at Siam Park?

  Yes! The use of all sun loungers, beach umbrellas, life jackets and inflatable riding tubes is 100% free and included in your standard one-day admission ticket. They are available throughout the park on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Is there parking available at Siam Park and how much does it cost?

  Yes, there is a large, dedicated car park right outside the main entrance with around 490 spaces. Parking costs approximately €7 per day. Because spaces are limited and Siam Park is incredibly popular, we highly recommend arriving close to opening time (10am) to secure a spot, especially during the peak summer months.

  There is Wifi provided throughout the park.

Food & Drink

• Can you take food into Siam Park?

  Siam Park has a strict policy regarding outside food and drink. You are permitted to bring small snacks and water, but full picnics or large meals are technically not allowed through the gates. If you do bring outside food, the park requires a €3 storage fee to hold it for you until you are ready to eat in the designated picnic zones. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the park's excellent Thai-themed restaurants.

• Can you take food into Loro Parque?

  There are several nice places to eat in the park offering food, however if you wish to take your own food in you can.

• What dining options are available inside Siam Park?

  Siam Park features a fantastic variety of Thai-themed restaurants, bars, and snack shacks. You can grab a full meal at the Beach Club (serving international and local dishes right by the wave pool) or the Thai House, which serves authentic Thai fast food. For quick bites, there are multiple stalls throughout the park selling burgers, pizzas, hot dogs and fresh fruit juices.

• Are there food options in Siam Park suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diets?

  Yes, the main restaurants inside the park offer dietary-friendly alternatives. You can find vegetarian burgers, vegan-friendly salads, and specific gluten-free options clearly marked on the menus at the Beach Club and Thai Bar. If you have severe allergies, we recommend speaking directly to the restaurant manager upon arrival, as the kitchen staff are well-trained to handle cross-contamination concerns.

• Can I buy alcoholic drinks inside Siam Park?

  Yes, alcohol is available for purchase for adults aged 18 and over. You can enjoy a refreshing, cold beer or tropical cocktails at the Thai Bar or the Beach Bar, both of which offer great seating areas overlooking the water. Please note that for safety reasons, glass containers are strictly prohibited and drinks must be consumed within the designated bar and restaurant zones.

• What to take to Siam Park?

• Can I wear a GoPro or action camera on the slides at Siam Park?

  Yes, but with strict safety conditions. You are allowed to film your rides as long as the camera is securely attached to a chest harness or a head strap - selfie sticks and handheld cameras are strictly forbidden for safety reasons. Additionally, the ride operators at certain high-speed attractions, like the Tower of Power, will ask you to remove the camera entirely before sliding.

• Can I wear glasses, sunglasses, or goggles on the rides at Siam Park?

  Standard glasses and sunglasses are generally not permitted on the fast thrill slides because they can easily fly off and get lost or broken. If you require prescription glasses or want to wear sunglasses, you must use a secure, tight-fitting neoprene sports strap around your head, or be prepared to hold them in your hand during the drop. Regular swimming goggles are permitted on most attractions.

• What swimwear is permitted on the slides at Siam Park?

  For safety and hygiene reasons, all guests must wear appropriate swimwear on the rides. This includes swimsuits, bikinis, boardshorts, or trunks. Swimwear with metal buttons, zippers, rivets, or buckles is strictly prohibited on the slides as they can damage the fiberglass chutes. Please note that denim shorts, loose t-shirts, and everyday street clothing are not allowed on the attractions.

• A Near-Vertical Plunge Through Sharks

  Siam Park's most famous slide, Tower of Power, drops riders down a near-vertical 28-meter drop. You reach speeds of up to 50 km/h in less than 4 seconds before shooting through a transparent acrylic tunnel submerged in an aquarium filled with real sharks and stingrays.

• Siam Park - Powered by the Sea

  Siam Park is 100% self-sustaining when it comes to its water supply. The park pumps water directly from the Atlantic Ocean, desalinates it using an on-site, state-of-the-art water treatment facility, uses it for the water slides, and then recycles the runoff to water the park's lush, tropical gardens.

  Mai Thai River isn't your average slow-drift stream. It is officially the longest lazy river in the world, stretching through the heart of the park, and even includes a hidden lift hill that elevates riders 8 metres into the air for a surprise slide section.
