How Can I Pay for My Booking?

You can pay for your booking using a wide range of trusted payment methods, including:

You can choose to pay in full at checkout, or if you'd prefer to spread the cost, keep reading for our flexible payment options.

Want to Pay in Instalments? No Problem! 

We offer a super flexible way to pay for your holiday tickets and hotel + ticket packages. Just pay a deposit upfront and the rest is up to you. There are no hidden fees and zero interest charges simply pay what you want, when you want, up until 6 weeks before your travel date.

Prefer to pay in monthly chunks? Want to pay a little every week? Go for it. Only want to check in every 6 months? It’s completely up to you!

You can log in to your Customer Account at any time to make a payment, or give our friendly Customer Service Team a call on 0800 223 0324 and we’ll help you process it over the phone.

Is My Payment Protected?

Absolutely. When booking Walt Disney World tickets, Universal Orlando tickets, and SeaWorld tickets, you’ll have the option to book with Standard protection (included for free) or upgrade to FLEX-PLUS during the checkout process.

Here’s what each option includes:

 

Standard (included when booking)

  • Amend tickets for free before departure

 

FLEX-PLUS (upgrade available at checkout)

  • Amend tickets for free before departure
  • Cancel for free any time before departure
  • Full refund on tickets cancelled any time before departure, including those linked to theme park apps
  • Covers lost, stolen, or damaged tickets
  • Replacement tickets can be sent to you or available for pick-up in Orlando
  • You will have access to our emergency phone number
  • If you would like to change the date on your tickets, you are free to do so

How Do I Know I Can Trust AttractionTickets.com?

We’re a proud member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), offering full financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Attraction Tickets Limited (Membership no. 5463, Company no. 04390984). As part of this, we follow ABTOT’s strict Code of Conduct, ensuring a high standard of service and trust from the moment you book through to your return home.

This means that in the highly unlikely event that we cease trading, you’re entitled to a full refund, regardless of whether you paid by credit card or another method. ABTOT protection also covers unused bookings and repatriation where transport is part of your package.

Found a Cheaper Price? We’ll Match It!

As well as always being cheaper than the gate, we also offer a brilliant Price Promise. If you find the same tickets cheaper elsewhere with a valid ABTA or ABTOT member, even after you've paid in full with us, we’ll pay you the difference.

Can I Amend My Booking?

Yes! We know plans can change and we’re here to help. We can amend ticket start dates (subject to availability) and update names on bookings at no extra cost. You’ll only need to pay the difference if the new ticket price is higher.

Some tickets are non-changeable depending on the supplier’s terms, so always check the ticket info on our site before booking.

For hotel bookings, we can also change your travel dates or even switch your resort. For example, if you want to upgrade from Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort to Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort, just let us know, you’ll simply pay the price difference. T&Cs apply.

Can I Cancel My Booking?

If you need to cancel, just get in touch and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible. We’ll confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund in line with the terms on your ticket page, most refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Do bear in mind that some tickets are non-refundable depending on the supplier, so it’s always best to double-check the ticket details before you book.
