• Can I use my Universal Orlando Tickets immediately?

  All our Universal Orlando Ticket options are date-specific. This means your tickets can only be used starting from the specific date you selected at the time of booking.

• Why am I unable to purchase a Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket after 19 October 2026?

  Universal Volcano Bay will be closed for refurbishment between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027, so guests cannot visit all 4 Universal Orlando Parks. If you are visiting Orlando during this time, we recommend purchasing the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket, which offers 14 days of unlimited park-to-park admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure AND Universal Epic Universe.

  The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket will be available to guests arriving in Orlando after 25 March 2027 once the refurbishment at Universal Volcano Bay is completed.  

• Does the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket include park hopping?

  Yes. Both of these Universal ticket options include unlimited park-to-park admission for 14 consecutive days from the start date selected at the time of booking. 

  • Unlimited Flexibility: You can move freely between all included Universal Orlando Theme Parks - including the all-new Universal Epic Universe -  as many times as you like each day.
  • Hogwarts™ Express: Because these tickets include park-to-park access, you can ride the Hogwarts™ Express to travel between Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure.

• Does the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket include the Hogwarts Express?

  Yes! Both the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket and the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket include unlimited, park-to-park admission. This is exactly what you need to ride the Hogwarts™ Express. 

  The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ is spread across two different Universal Orlando theme parks. You can use the Hogwarts™ Express to travel between: 

  • King’s Cross Station in London (located in Universal Studios Florida)
  • Hogsmeade™ Station (located in Universal Islands of Adventure) 

  Top Tip: The journey is different in each direction, so we recommend riding it both ways to see all the magic!

• Can I visit Universal Epic Universe more than once?

  Yes! Guests visiting in 2026 and 2027 can visit Universal Epic Universe multiple times.

  While 2025 tickets were limited to just one day, our new Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket (or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket for arrivals 20 October 2026 to 24 March 2027 when Universal Volcano Bay is closed for refurbishment) offer 14 days of unlimited park-to-park admission to all included Universal Orlando parks.

  14-Day Validity Window: Visit the parks as many times as you like for the duration of the ticket. Visit Universal Epic Universe on Day 1, Day 14, or every single day of your holiday if you wish!

General Information

• Does the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket include Universal Express?

  No. Universal Express is an optional add-on and is not included as standard with the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or the Three Park Adventure Ticket. 

  If you would like to skip the regular lines, you can purchase a Universal Orlando Express Pass in addition to your admission ticket. We offer several durations to suit your trip: 

  • Universal Orlando Multi-Day Express Passes: These are the best value for long trips and can include access to Universal Epic Universe, allowing you to skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions across the parks.
  • 1 Day Universal Epic Universe Express Pass: If you only want to skip the lines at the newest park, you can purchase a dedicated 1-day pass specifically for Epic Universe. Date-Specific: 

  Each Universal Orlando Express Pass is only valid for the specific date(s) selected at the time of booking.

  Top Tip: Premier Hotel Benefits Guests staying at the Hard Rock Hotel®, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, or Loews Portofino Bay Hotel receive FREE Universal Express Unlimited for the duration of their stay. This complimentary hotel benefit is valid for Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure only. A separate Express Pass must be purchased to skip the lines at Universal Epic Universe.

Parking

• Do Universal Orlando Tickets include parking?

  No. Parking is not included with any of our Universal Orlando Ticket options. 

  If you plan to drive to the parks, you will pay for parking at the central transportation hub (for Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Volcano Bay) or at the dedicated Epic Universe parking area. 

  • Standard Parking Rates: Regular Parking: Approximately $32 per day, per vehicle.
  • Prime Parking: For a shorter walk to the entrance, Prime Parking usually costs between $50 and $60 per day.
  • Free Parking: Self-parking is generally FREE for all guests after 6:00 pm (excluding Halloween Horror Nights event nights and select peak dates).

  Top Tip — Moving Between Parks: If you start your morning at Universal Studios Florida and decide to drive over to Universal Epic Universe later in the day, you do not need to pay twice! Simply keep your parking receipt or digital QR code and present it at the next toll plaza for complimentary re-entry on the same day.
