Redemption
- Your digital ticket(s) will be uploaded instantly to your Customer Account upon full payment.
- The SeaWorld and Busch Gardens 2-Visit Ticket + Eat Free is open-dated and can be activated any time between your holiday start date and the end of the calendar year. Please ensure you select the correct year for your ticket at the time of booking.
- Scan the ticket barcode at one of the self-service kiosks at the first park you visit to retrieve your printed ticket. This printed ticket acts as your pass and provides your 2 park admissions plus 2 All-Day Dine entitlements.
Entitlements
- This SeaWorld Parks ticket includes two single-day admissions to any combination of SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay (one park per admission).
- Tickets expire in full 14 days after the first use. Any unused park visits will be forfeited upon expiry.
- All-Day Dining activates with park entry and allows dining once every 90 minutes. At participating restaurants, enjoy one entrée, one side or dessert, and one regular-sized non-alcoholic beverage every 90 minutes. Children can redeem a Kids' meal once every 90 minutes. Featured restaurants are subject to change or temporary closure without notice. All-Day Dine is not valid for Sharks Underwater Grill, Dine with Orcas, Flamecraft Bar, Serengeti Overlook™ Restaurant, or any speciality dining.
- Children 0-2 years old enter the parks free of charge and do not require an admission ticket.
- Parks, attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability.
Cancellation & Amendments
- If you need to change the number of guests in your party or change passenger names, all SeaWorld Tickets on your booking will need to be cancelled and re-booked. The first 2 changes to a booking are free; further changes incur a £10 fee per ticket. New prices may apply to your booking.

**Flex-Plus can only be added to your ticket(s) at the time of booking. If you cancel a ticket and have purchased Flex-Plus you will avoid time-based cancellation fees.
