It’s no surprise that this is Disney’s flagship hotel!

Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is undergoing refurbishment until the end of August 2025. Guests will be able to see and hear construction around the resort – including the lobby – during daytime hours. Most hotel amenities will remain available.
