See Busch Gardens' Cheetahs Run!
Busch Gardens' cheetahs enjoy the Tampa Bay Ray's one hundred yard baseball field!
Busch Gardens took their Cheetah Run cheetahs for a special day out at Tropicana Fields, Tampa Bay Ray's baseball stadium. The cheetah's were taken to the one hundred yard field to show off their speed for the cameras.

You have to check this out! Just recently Busch Gardens took their feline Cheetah friends to the Tropicana Field, Tampa Bay Rays baseball team field, to allow these elegant animals to show off their distinctive grace and unmarked agility in an open space. The event was being filmed for SeaWorld’s local animal education channel Shamu TV.

Although Busch Gardens cheetah’s  have a comfortable home in Busch Gardens Cheetah Run habitat, this isn’t quite the same as being let loose on a one hundred yards of  field. Naturally, the stadium was closed for this thrilling spectacle that gave the cheetahs the chance to soar across the field at lightening speeds, in pursuit of the same lure system that’s used at the Cheetah Run attraction at Busch Gardens.

To capture the cheetah shooting low and fast along the baseball field, slow motion high definition cameras were used. You can watch the clip right here.
To witness the cheetahs run before your very eyes, you’ll need those Busch Gardens tickets.
