What are the Disneyland® Paris park opening hours?

Both Disneyland® Paris theme parks are open daily throughout the year, though opening hours change seasonally and around special events. Disneyland® Park and Disney Adventure World normally open between 9.00am and 10.00am. With a 3-Day/2 Parks Ticket, you can hop between both parks as much as you like across your visit to make sure you experience it all.

When can we book Disneyland® Paris character dining reservations?

Character dining reservations can normally be added to your Disneyland® Paris Hotel and Ticket package at the time of booking. However, if you are an early booker sometimes the Magical Extras including Disneyland® Paris character dining may be out of date range at the time you confirm your Disneyland® Paris Hotel room and tickets. However, we are able to add Character Dining to existing Disneyland® Paris hotel orders as soon as these are made available. Do I need to provide the names of everyone else in my party when booking my Disneyland® Paris ticket?

No. You only need to provide the name of one adult and one child (if any are included in your booking). You no longer need to provide individual names for every guest in your group. It is advisable that on day 1 of your park visit, you enter the park with the lead passenger. Once your tickets are activated on the first day, the park's entry system uses photo/facial recognition (linked to each individual ticket at the gate). This means members of your party can arrive at different times or "hop" between parks independently for the remainder of the trip.

Your gate-ready Disneyland® Paris Ticket(s) will be uploaded instantly to your online order upon receipt of payment. You must download your tickets to your smartphone or print your ticket before you visit Disneyland® Paris. Upon arrival at Disneyland® Paris, simply scan the ticket barcode at the gate for admission to the Disney Parks.
This Disney Paris ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking.
Height and age restrictions apply on certain rides.
Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.
This Disneyland® Paris ticket does not include admission to any separately ticketed special events such as Disneyland® Paris Pride or Annual Passholder events.

Cancellation & Amendments

Free Cancellations for booking cancellations received more than 72 hours before your visit date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.

If you need to change the names or quantity of tickets, all Disneyland Paris tickets on your booking must be cancelled and re-booked. Ticket amend requests received within 72 hours of the ticket start date will incur 100% cancellation charges.
