Cool off in the most unexpected way — by stepping into a real snow park set at -4°C. The Snow Classic ticket gives you entry to Ski Dubai’s Snow Park, where winter fun meets Dubai style.
Enjoy unlimited access for the day to a mix of popular snow rides and family-friendly activities, including the Zorb Ball, Bobsled, Tubing Run, Bumper Cars, Climbing Wall, Snow Plough Playground and Sliding Hill. Whether you’re after high-energy fun or a more relaxed pace, there’s something for everyone.
Your ticket also includes a one-time Chairlift ride for snowy views from above, plus a one-time Mountain Thriller ride — a fast-paced ride through the snow.
Everything you need to stay warm is included. Winter clothing is provided (jacket, trousers and disposable socks), along with fleece gloves and your ticket also includes a free hot chocolate.

Ski Dubai is located inside Mall of the Emirates, with access via the west side parking area.
Duration:
Enjoy unlimited Snow Park access for the entire day.

- Monday–Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (last entry 10:30 p.m.)
- Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (last entry 10:30 p.m.)

Terms and conditions for Ski Dubai - Snow Classic
- The Snow Classic grants access to the thrilling rides and activities within the Snow Park, but does not include skiing. Rides and inclusions are subject to change without notice.
- For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted inside Ski Dubai.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over.
- Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 years old.
- Guests aged between 2 and 14 years may be required to provide proof of age at the admission desk for verification.
- Not wheelchair accessible.
- Winter gear provided: jacket, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, and a free pair of fleece gloves. Ski Dubai trousers and jackets available in multiple sizes (S to 4XL).
- At Ski Dubai, locker rentals are priced at around AED 20, with a refundable key card deposit of AED 20. This deposit is refunded upon the return of the key card.
- Cancellation Policy: Your Ski Dubai Slope Pass is non-refundable and non-changeable once booked. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tickets.

- Does the Ski Dubai Slope Ticket included all equipment?
Your pass includes use of skis or a snowboard, ski/snowboard boots, poles, jacket, trousers and disposable Socks. Helmets for children are also provided. Hats and gloves are not included in the ticket price, but these can be purchased locally if required.
