We had a fantastic time exploring Island of adventure and was able to travel between the two parks via hogwarts express through the 3 park explorer ticket as part of our universal package booked through Attraction Tickets. If anything we wished we had booked a longer stay to explore the parks more, but we did most things. We did get very wet on Popeye's water rapid ride, wetter than any other rapids. Clothes dried quickly in the heat, but next time will remove trainers and put in the waterproof storage next time. We had to purchase flip flops for the kids, who refused carry on wearing wet trainers. So handy spare essentials in the shops.

Loved the theming and some very crazy rides like the Simpsons. We met lots of amazing characters and I loved the classic ET ride. Wizarding world of Harry potter was magical, very interactive and my daughter loved being asked at Olivanders to help him clean up the mess after the persons wand selection. Made her feel very special.

We had a great day at the water park. The only thing was my son - not quite a teenager and not brave enough to go on the big slides, but quite a child was too tall for the slides in the kids area, that would have been perfect for him. So we stuck to the lazy river and the more rapid river and the wave pool. We still manage to enjoy our time.

This park was great and wait times were very low we had been on everything by lunch time. My only wish for this park in the Florida heat would be for a water ride to help cool off. You have to queue to meet donkey in this park in the new DreamWorks area it was a hilarious experience.

We didn't get long in this park as our day was cut short due to a storm however we got to enjoy the crazy river before we left which made a fun change from a lazy river.

Great park, we divided and conquered at this park but wait times were super low the only one we had to queue for was Hagrids Motorbike coaster and that was definitely worth the wait and so much better than I expected.

An absolutely fantastic theme park with rides to suit all ages and levels of braveness though possibly best suited to those parties without very young. Every part of the park, esp Harry Potter, is incredibly well designed Staff everywhere were fun friendly and helpful. Some more healthy eating choices would be appreciated but mostly good food.

Motion simulation rides aren’t really my thing as I get motion sickness but these really are done well (we’ll not talk about F&F but it’s a classic). Lots of things for all ages but mainly suitable for the younger end of the spectrum. Great characters, parade and the drone show was fab (just wish it was on for a longer period).

The worst part was the immediate 100+min virtual queue for the big slides. It was the only thing my eldest wanted to do and so we missed out. I stupidly thought it would drop later in the day and it didn’t so they shut the queue before we got to ride. Lots of other bits for all the family to enjoy and plenty of food and drinks available on site. Also wish I’d have known about the towel rental. Just presumed they’d be free as they were at Disney. But $28 for four isn’t the end of the world. The talking heads were a hit and the transportation was FAB!

I decided to cancel the payment, but there was absolutely no way to contact anyone from the company. I’ve lost over €100, and I feel completely ignored. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this service at all.

Tickets booked last year. Everything was good and we were able to get proper tickets in our hotel. We have used Attraction Tickets for years and they are always the cheapest for us. If you have any problems they are very easy to contact and help in any way they can.
