Love the theming at US. Some of the rides are a bit dated, but I imagine they offer a lot of nostalgia to visitors. Our favourite park out of IOA and Studios.

was sold a 3 day park to park ticket but it was actually a 2 week ticket which I didn’t not have time to use. I would have preferred to have a 3 DAY PARK TO PARK TICKET and pay less. The free gifts that came with the tickets such as the VIP dine card was not accepted in a single restaurant and when I went to collect the other gift from the mall they only had half the gift.

Enjoyed this one park, cut short due to bad weather late afternoon. Only issue was my 4 year old wanted to go in the lazy river and the normal rings were too big for him as he kept falling through, they did have the smaller ones for kids but adults and older teenagers were using them which was really frustrating either messing around lying across two or using them to cover their heads from waterfalls. Plus while I was trying to meet my little one at the bottom of one of the slides an older lad was firing water at me which was super annoying as I couldn’t move until my little one had come down. Overall park was great just other people 😂

Only problem encountered was that names on downloaded tickets did not match the QR code which we then scanned into Universal’s App. Visit to Customer services soon sorted it out.

Love , Love Universal . I was sceptical annd disappointed about the fact that Attraction Tickets were no longer issuing “hard copy” passes in the lovely blue wallet ! However , the electronic passes that we downloaded onto our phones were easy to use , we had no issues at all . I do think that this makes entering the parks much quicker , we literally did not have to queue at all.

Great facilities at this water park - toilets and changing areas were clean. The Tapu tapu was brilliant, I could pay for stuff and book slides from a "watch". Slides are awesome - especially the aqua coaster.

Wow this park is brilliant. Start of the Harry Potter voyage is best. On this day there was far too many people which did spoil the atmosphere some what. The shortage of shade and eating places inThe hot weather spoilt it a bit .
