The vibe at this hotel is relaxed and easy, with a fun surf and beach theme woven throughout, including a surfboard-shaped pool and dining inspired by SoCal flavours. Here, guests enjoy exclusive benefits like Early Park Admission* and complimentary transportation to all the Universal Parks. In addition to standard rooms, Surfside Inn and Suites also features spacious, two-bedroom suites, making it the perfect spot for families of any size to base their Universal Orlando Resort adventure.

    A sister hotel, Dockside Inn and Suites, is right across the street, and both hotels are part of Universal Endless Summer Resort, a vibrant and sunny retreat.

    General Policies

    • Age Requirements: Bookings must contain at least one person who is 21 or older.
    • Check-in Requirments: A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am.
    • Smoking Policy: All Universal resort hotels are 100% smoke-free. The non-smoking policy applies to all hotel areas, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.

      Parking in the Universal Orlando car park costs $27 per day, or you can pay extra to upgrade to Prime Parking or Valet. But if you arrive after 6pm, you can park for free (on non-Halloween Horror Nights event nights).

    • Went twice. Second visit was far quieter and enjoyed much better. Food prices and queues can be extreme. Toilet/changing areas were lovely.

    • Islands of Adventure was my favourite theme park of the trip. I absolutely loved the Jurassic Park and Harry Potter themed areas,they were brilliant and really well done. I’m also looking forward to seeing what the new area will be like when it opens. If it’s anywhere near as good as Harry Potter and Jurassic Park, it’ll be class!
