Terms and conditions for IMG Worlds of Adventure admission tickets
- Tickets are valid only for the date you have selected.
- Free admission for children who are under 1.05m in height. If the child surpasses the height requirement, they will be subject to charges at the gate.
- The Haunted Hotel attraction is only open to guests aged 15 and older. Guests aged 15 to 18 must present their ID card at the attraction entrance.
- Attraction queues will close at park closing time (not the ride) except for the Haunted Hotel, which has limited capacity and will close up to 2 hours before park closing time should the queue line reach its maximum capacity.
- A typical visit to IMG World of Adventure lasts 8 to 9 hours.
- Please note that no food and beverages are allowed from outside the theme park.
- The safety and security of guests are the number 1 priority. Park ride restrictions are determined by height rather than by age; please check specific rides for details of restrictions that may apply.
- Children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by an adult of at least 16 years.
- Some of the rides and/or experiences may be closed for various reasons. This could be for maintenance or otherwise but this is to ensure that the park provides utmost safety to the guests. Safety and technical issues are unforeseen and as such the park may not be able to announce it in advance. If this coincides with your adventure date, there will be no refund or adjustment on an already issued ticket.
- Free parking is available and there is plenty of space for everyone.
- Tickets are not valid for special events or concerts which may attract a separate admission fee.
- Wheelchairs and strollers are available for day hire on a first come first serve basis, and must not pass the entry/exit turnstiles. A valid ID has to be provided.
- Cancellation Policy: All Sales are final. Once your booking has been processed, IMG Worlds of Adventure Tickets are non-refundable, non-resaleable and non-exchangeable.
