Terms and conditions for Disneyland® Paris 2 Day/2 Parks Dated Hopper Ticket

  • Your gate-ready Disneyland® Paris Ticket(s) will be uploaded instantly to your online order upon receipt of payment. You must download your tickets to your smartphone or print your ticket before you visit Disneyland® Paris. Upon arrival at Disneyland® Paris, simply scan the ticket barcode at the gate for admission to the Disney Parks.
  • This Disneyland® Paris ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and the consecutive date for your 2nd day.
  • Tickets are activated the first time you visit Disneyland® Paris. There is no refund for unused days.
  • Height and age restrictions apply on certain rides.
  • Parks, attractions or entertainment may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability.
  • Ratatouille: The Attraction will close at 11 a.m. and Bistrot Chez Rémy at 2 p.m. Worlds of Pixar and World Premiere will gradually close from 4:30 p.m. Please plan in advance to make the most of your visit.
  • This Disneyland® Paris ticket does not include admission to any separately ticketed special events such as Disneyland® Paris Pride or Annual Passholder events.

Cancellation & Amendments

  • Free Cancellations for booking cancellations received more than 72 hours before your visit date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
  • Please note, that it is not possible to amend the number of tickets or the passenger names once your booking has been confirmed. If you need to change the names or quantity of tickets, all Disneyland Paris tickets on your booking must be cancelled and re-booked. We won't charge an amendment fee for tickets amended 72 hours or more in advance of the ticket start date, but new prices will apply to your booking.
  • Ticket amend requests received within 72 hours of the ticket start date will incur 100% cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation and amendment requests received outside of business hours will be deemed as received the next working day.

If your ticket is for Disneyland® Park only, it will not include entry to Walt Disney Studios® Park or World of Frozen.

    If you’re planning a 1-Day, 1-Park visit, you’ll need to decide between Disneyland Park – home of the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle. Or Walt Disney Studios Park, where you can explore the World of Frozen.
