  • Had some great thrill rides and if you enjoy some of the Universal franchises, the various lands are well themed and immersive. Crowds manageable and enough to do for all ages. Do require Park to Park ticket to access The Hogwarts Express that links to the neighbouring Universal Studios. Only disappointment was a renovation and unavailability of a particular ride.

  • Great setting and in places feels like walking around film set. Some nostalgic franchises represented like ET and most rides are family friendly. Plenty of choice for quick bite to eat/refreshments.

  • Needs more. It all feels a bit old and yesteryear. Either lean into that with more retro old school Universal IP Back to the Future, Ghostbusters, Twister, Terminator, Jaws but this unhappy middle ground isnt great. Like why is there a Jimmy Fallon ride? I like Jimmy, but a ride? Get rid of Simpsons and build Hill Valley, rebuild the Jaws ride and do a Ghostbusters ride and make more of the Dreamworks IP. Diagon Alley, Transformers, MIB, Despicable Me and the mummy are fantastic though

  • This was fun! We hired a cabana which I recommend for a comfortable private space. Staff were lovely, very quick response when my husband was stung by a bee so didn’t derail his fun. Good facilities! Only grumble is the bus service from hard rock, great that it’s free but there is no info to tell you when it comes, so we had to stand for 40 minutes waiting for it to come…Disney hotels have electronic boards so I don’t get why Universal/Hard Rock don’t do the same

  • Low crowds in August and rides were a lot of fun, aided by having express pass! Some things (mainly food options) were closed and that wasn’t reflected in the app, so you’d walk all the way to them to be disappointed
