• Do I need to select a start date for my Disneyand Paris Tickets?

  Most Disneyland Paris Tickets are now date-specific to help Disneyland Paris better manage park capacity. We would recommend that customers purchase a dated Disneyland Paris Ticket as these tickets offer the best value and include your Disney Paris theme park reservations, guaranteeing your entry to the Disneyland Paris theme parks.

  Disneyland Paris dated tickets can be booked with confidence as they also offer the flexibility to cancel tickets with a full refund outside of 72 hours of your ticket start date if your holiday plans change. 

  For those who are unsure of their plans at the time of booking or wish to purchase their Disneyland Paris tickets as a gift, there is the option of the Disneyland Paris 1-Day Open-Dated Ticket. This ticket cannot be cancelled and a separate theme park reservation will be required before visiting Disney Parks, but this option gives the flexibility to visit Disneyland Paris anytime within 12 months of purchase (dates subject to availability).

• Does my Disneyland® Paris ticket include access to World of Frozen?

  As long as your ticket includes access to Disney Adventure World (formerly Walt Disney Studios Park), you will be able to visit World of Frozen when it opens on 29 March 2026. World of Frozen is part of Walt Disney Studios® Park and does not require a separate ticket. If your ticket is for Disneyland® Park only, it will not include entry to Walt Disney Studios® Park or World of Frozen.

  If you’re planning a 1-Day, 1-Park visit, you’ll need to decide between Disneyland Park – home of the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle. Or Disney Adventure World, where you can explore the World of Frozen. If you want to enjoy both parks during your trip, we recommend upgrading to a Park Hopper or Multi-Day Ticket, so you can see the castle, explore Arendelle, and experience all the magic Disneyland® Paris has to offer.

• What is a Disneyland Paris Park Hopper Ticket?

  A park hopper ticket is the general term that is used to describe Disneyland® Paris Multi-Park Tickets. These Multi-Park tickets give you admission to BOTH Disneyland® Paris and Disney Adventure World (formerly the Walt Disney Studios Park) for the duration of your Disneyland® Paris Ticket. These tickets give you the flexibility to come and go as you please to each parks including the ability to 'hop' between Disneyland® Paris and Disney Adventure World on the same day, which is a great benefit. • Can I cancel my Disneyland Paris Tickets?

  The majority of Disneyland Paris tickets available with AttractionTickets.com can be cancelled with a full refund. We offer free cancellations for all Disneyland Paris Dated Ticket types cancelled more than 72 hours prior to your ticket start date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.

  Unfortunately, Disneyland Paris Open-Dated Tickets cannot be cancelled once purchased but can be used at any time within 12 months of purchase.

• Can I purchase Disneyland Paris tickets at the gate?

• Do I need to print my Disneyland Paris Tickets?

  Our Disneyland Paris tickets can either be downloaded to a smartphone or printed in advance. Simply scan the barcode on your smartphone or printed ticket when you arrive the Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park entrance for direct access to the Disney parks.

• How long is my Disneyland Paris Ticket valid for?

  Disneyland Paris tickets must be first used on the date selected at the time of booking and are then valid for the number of consecutive days chosen e.g. a 3 day ticket must be used over 3 consecutive days. 

• Can I get a partial refund for unused days?

  Unfortunately no. Disneyland Paris tickets are non-refundable within 72 hours irrespective of how many times a ticket is used.

• Do I need to use my Disneyland Paris Tickets over consecutive days?

  Yes, all Disneyland Paris Multi-Day tickets must be used over consecutive days. e.g. a 3 day ticket must be used over 3 consecutive days from the ticket start date selected at the time of booking. 

General Information

• Do I need to make a theme park reservation to visit the Disneyland Paris Parks?

  Currently, both a valid Disneyland Paris Ticket and Theme Park Reservation is needed to visit the Disneyland Paris Parks. However, if you purchase one of our Dated Disneyland Paris Tickets, your Disneyland Paris Theme Park reservations are automatically included with your ticket and your entry to the Disneyland Parks is guaranteed for the dates selected. We would recommend customers purchase a Disneyland Paris dated ticket for this reason - especially given that Disneyland Paris dated tickets can be amended or cancelled with a full refund up to 3 days before your selected visit date should your holiday dates change. 

  For customers purchasing the Disneyland Paris 1-Day Open-Dated Ticket, a separate theme park reservation will be needed to visit the Disneyland Paris parks - when you are ready to choose your Disneyland Paris visit date, link your tickets on the Disney Advance Reservation Tool.

• How much spending money would you recommend for 3 days in Disneyland Paris?

  This will depend on what you are wanting to do in the park and if you are looking to spend all day there. It is suggested on average to have around €50-€70 per person/per day. As well as food and drinks each day, you may like a Disney treat or to do a spot of shopping to get your Disney memorabilia!

Opening Information

• What are the Disneyland Paris park opening hours?

  Both Disneyland Paris Theme Parks are open daily throughout the year. However, park opening hours will change seasonally and may be dependent on special events. Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios park normally open between 9.00am and 10.00am. We recommend our customers download and use the Disneyland Paris app for the latest park information including show and parade times as well as park opening hours

Duration of Visit

• Is 3 days enough time to experience the Disneyland Paris Theme Parks?

  The duration of your ticket is down to you. A 3-day ticket is recommended especially for busy times of year to help you get around the parks properly and see everything the park has to offer.

• What is there to do at Disneyland Paris in 3 days?

  With 2 theme parks at Disneyland Paris - Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park - there’s so much to see and do, from rides and attractions to shows, parades, character meets and evening fireworks! There are also plenty of shops and restaurants to visit too, in the parks and in Disney Village. If you have a 3 day/2 park Disneyland Paris ticket, you can hop between both parks as much as you like for 3 days to make sure you experience it all.

Food & Drink

• When can we book Disneyland Paris character dining reservations?

  Character dining reservations can normally be added to your Disneyland Paris Hotel and Ticket package at the time of booking. However, if you are an early booker sometimes the Magical Extras including Disneyland Paris character dining may be out of date range at the time you confirm your Disneyland Paris Hotel room and tickets. However, we are able to add Character Dining to existing Disneyland Paris hotel orders as soon as these are made available.
