Ticket Information

  • Do I need to select a start date for my Disneyland® Paris Tickets?

Yes - World of Frozen is open now within Disney Adventure World, having welcomed its first guests on 29 March 2026.

If you're booking a 1-Day, 1-Park Ticket, you'll need to choose between Disneyland® Park, home to the iconic Sleeping Beauty Castle, or Disney Adventure World, where you can explore Arendelle and meet the Frozen Characters. For access to both parks in the same day, including Frozen Ever After, upgrade to a Park Hopper or Multi-Day Ticket.

  • What is a Disneyland® Paris Park Hopper Ticket?

A Park Hopper ticket is the general term that is used to describe Disneyland® Paris Multi-Park Tickets. These Multi-Park tickets give you admission to BOTH Disneyland® Paris and Disney Adventure World for the duration of your Disneyland® Paris Ticket.

Your Disneyland® Paris tickets can be downloaded to a smartphone or printed in advance - whichever's easiest for you. We'd recommend linking them to the Disneyland® Paris app using your booking number or by scanning the QR code on your ticket, so everything's in one place before you travel.

General Information

  • Do I need to make a theme park reservation to visit the Disneyland® Paris Parks?

Currently, both a valid Disneyland® Paris Ticket and Theme Park Reservation is needed to visit the Disneyland® Paris Parks. However, if you purchase one of our Dated Disneyland® Paris Tickets, your Disneyland® Paris Theme Park reservations are automatically included with your ticket and your entry to the Disneyland® Paris Parks is guaranteed for the dates selected.

We would recommend customers purchase a Disneyland® Paris dated ticket for this reason - especially given that Disneyland® Paris dated tickets can be amended or cancelled with a full refund up to 3 days before your selected visit date should your holiday dates change.

  • How much spending money would you recommend for 3 days in Disneyland® Paris?

How much spending money you'll need for Disneyland® Paris depends on what you're planning to do in the parks and whether you're there all day. As a guide, many families average around €50-€70 per person, per day, on top of food, a Disney treat or two, and any souvenirs.

Since you'll be spending in Euros, it's worth ordering some cash or checking your card's exchange rate before you travel, converting the figure above to AUD closer to your trip so you know roughly what to budget.

  • Do you have a Disneyland® Paris Facebook page with all the latest updates?

We sure do! Join our community Facebook page here - https://www.facebook.com/groups/disneylandpariscommunity.

  • Do you have a dedicated Disneyland® Paris team?

Yes, at AttractionTickets.com we have a dedicated Disneyland® Paris Sales Team who will be able to assist with all Disneyland® Paris Ticket and Hotel enquiries as well as making ticket and hotel bookings. Please contact us on 0800 221 8012 or email [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you.

  • I cannot log into the Disneyland® Paris app, can you help?

Please send us a screenshot of the problems you are having to [email protected] and we are more than happy to look into this for you.

  • Do I need to exchange currency before travelling to Disneyland® Paris?

Yes - Disneyland® Paris prices are in Euros, so it's worth ordering some cash or checking your card's foreign transaction fees before you go. Most Australian debit and credit cards work throughout the resort, but a fee-free travel card can save you money on both ticket top-ups and spending in the parks.

Given the exchange rate between AUD and EUR moves around, it's worth checking a live conversion the week before you fly rather than relying on figures from months ago.

  • Do I need a passport to visit Disneyland® Paris?

Yes, a valid Australian passport is required for travel to France. As France is part of the Schengen Area, Australian passport holders can travel visa-free for stays of up to 90 days in any 180-day period, but two passport conditions still apply:

    • Your passport needs to have been issued less than 10 years before your entry date
    • It needs to remain valid for at least 3 months after you plan to leave the Schengen Area

It's worth checking both dates well ahead of your trip, as an otherwise in-date passport issued more than 10 years ago can still be turned away at the border. Australian travellers should also keep an eye on ETIAS, a new online travel authorisation the EU is introducing for visa-exempt visitors.

Opening Information

  • What are the Disneyland® Paris park opening hours?

Both Disneyland® Paris Theme Parks are open daily throughout the year. However, park opening hours will change seasonally and may be dependent on special events. Disneyland® Park and Walt Disney Studios park normally open between 9.00am and 10.00am. We recommend our customers download and use the Disneyland® Paris app for the latest park information including show and parade times as well as park opening hours

Duration of Visit

  • Is 3 days enough time to experience the Disneyland® Paris Theme Parks?

How long you stay at Disneyland® Paris is entirely up to you, but first-time visitors often find a longer trip helps them see everything without feeling rushed. A 3-Day/2-Parks Ticket is a popular choice, giving you time to properly explore both parks even during busier periods of the year.

  • What is there to do at Disneyland® Paris in 3 days?

With two Theme Parks at Disneyland® Paris - Disneyland® Park and Disney Adventure World - there's so much to see and do, from rides and attractions to shows, parades, character meets and evening fireworks. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants to visit, both in the parks and in Disney Village®.

With a 3-Day/2 Parks Ticket, you can hop between both parks as much as you like across your visit to make sure you experience it all.

Food & Drink

  • When can we book Disneyland® Paris character dining reservations?

Character dining reservations can normally be added to your Disneyland® Paris Hotel and Ticket package at the time of booking. However, if you are an early booker sometimes the Magical Extras including Disneyland® Paris character dining may be out of date range at the time you confirm your Disneyland® Paris Hotel room and tickets. However, we are able to add Character Dining to existing Disneyland® Paris hotel orders as soon as these are made available. Please contact the Disneyland® Paris team on 0800 221 8012 or email [email protected] to check on sale dates for Disneyland® Paris character dining and to add to an existing order.

  • Can I add a Meal Plan to my Disneyland® Paris ticket?

Disneyland® Paris Meal Plans can be added when you book a Disneyland® Paris hotel and ticket package, rather than with theme park tickets alone, and they're a hassle-free way to cover your meals throughout your stay.

    • For arrivals until 31 March 2027, you can choose the Standard, Plus, Extra Plus or Premium Meal Plan, with your options depending on which Disney Hotel you book.
    • For arrivals after 1 April 2027, these are being replaced by four new tiers - Essential, Extra, Signature and Royal - giving you a choice of Meal Plan for the first time, rather than one fixed by your hotel.

If you need any help, you can call our Disneyland® Paris team on 0800 223 0324 to talk through which plan suits your stay.

Location

  • What's the quickest way to get to Disneyland® Paris?

There are no direct flights from Australia to Paris, so the quickest route is a one-stop flight to Paris Charles de Gaulle, typically via a hub like Singapore, Doha or Dubai. All-in flight time usually runs from around 22 to 24 hours, depending on the connection.

From Charles de Gaulle, the fastest way to reach Disneyland® Paris is the direct TGV train to Marne-la-Vallée Chessy station, right by the park gates, in around 10 minutes plus connection time. A pre-booked private transfer is a comfortable alternative, taking around 40 to 60 minutes door to door and saving you navigating the airport train station with luggage and jet-lagged kids in tow.
