Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando Tickets

We send customers official gate-ready theme park tickets in the post direct to your home address to ensure you enjoy hassle-free admission on arrival at the Florida theme parks. Nothing needs to be redeemed or exchanged at Will Call on your first day - simply scan your ticket at the gate for instant admission to the parks.

We put a lot of care into packaging and delivering your tickets and we have a great in-house team who check them personally before they are sent out. Your Florida theme park tickets will arrive in a smart ticket wallet to keep them safe and sound on your travels as we understand how valuable these are to you. 

Delivery Options

We send our tickets via a trusted delivery service, meaning they are tracked and delivered safely and securely straight to your front door.

You will receive your tickets within 7 days of full payment being received and confirmed, though speedier delivery options are also available. If for any reason your delivery takes longer than expected, we will keep you informed and updated as to when you will receive your tickets. 

  • Standard Delivery - within 7 days of full payment: FREE delivery within Ireland
  • Priority Delivery - within 3 working days of full payment: €10.50
  • Overseas Postage (for Non-Ireland Residents): €18.00

For those booking Walt Disney World Resort Tickets, we understand that you want to get your tickets as soon as possible so you can start reserving your Disney park days. At the same time dispatch Disney Tickets, we email our customers with their Disney ticket numbers ahead of them arriving by post to speed up the process.

If customers would prefer receiving digital tickets for Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando, no problem! Simply call our Customer Service Team and we can arrange that for you. Even better, we expect to be able to offer customers the choice of how their ticket booking is fulfilled very soon. 

All Other Ticket Products 

Bookings are fulfilled with digital tickets that can be either downloaded to a smartphone or printed in advance. Tickets will be uploaded to your AttractionTickets.com account upon full payment and customers will receive an email advising their tickets are ready to download. 

The majority of digital tickets sold on AttractionTickets.com are gate-ready, meaning you simply scan the ticket barcode on arrival for access to your chosen attraction.

Amends & Cancellations

We understand that flexibility is important and that sometimes for one reason or another you may need to change or cancel your ticket booking and we will always try to be as accommodating as possible to help you do so. 

Ticket Amends 

If you need to amend your tickets, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. It is possible to amend most ticket bookings - including ticket start dates - and unlike many ticket sellers, we won't charge an admin fee for changing your tickets. If the new ticket price is higher, the price difference will still be payable.

Please note, some tickets sold on AttractionTickets.com are non-changeable and non-refundable in line with the supplier's terms and unfortunatley we are unable to amend these tickets once booked. This information is detailed on each ticket description page and we recommend you check ticket conditions detailed on the relevant page in advance of contacting our Customer Services Team. 

Need to cancel my booking before tickets have been dispatched

If you need to cancel a booking before your tickets have been dispatched, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to charges detailed on the relevant ticket description page and will take effect once we have responded to your request.

Need to cancel my booking and return my tickets

If you have already received your tickets and wish to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible by calling our Customer Service Team. Cancellation and return requests are subject to charges detailed on the relevant ticket description page and will take effect once we have responded to your request.

Ticket Returns

If you have received Walt Disney World Resort, Universal Orlando Resort and SeaWorld Orlando Tickets in the post, we are unable to process any refund due until we have received the tickets back. Please send all ticket returns to
