This is an exceptionally busy and difficult time for the travel industry and for you - our customers. We are endeavouring to do all we can to assist you. We know that searching for your perfect ticket combination isn't easy! That's why we're here in Dublin to help. Our office is located in the Regus building on Harcourt Road. Unfortunately, we may no longer be able to deal with drop-in customers so we advise you to contact us first to obtain a reference number and quotation. If coming in to discuss an existing order, please bring your reference number and call ahead to book an appointment.
- Pre-Paid Office collections are available between 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
- Pre-ordered collections must be paid in advance unless paying cash on receipt

New tickets arrive with us in Dublin every day, ready for delivery via secure Fastway Courier. You will now need to pre-order your tickets if you want to collect from our office on Harcourt Road. We can discuss all your ticketing requirements on the phone and then you can collect your tickets. Alternatively, we can secure courier tickets out FREE of charge (guaranteed within 7 days).
