  Guests who also wish to access Solterra’s resort amenities, including the lagoon-style pool, water slides and lazy river, can do so for an optional fee of $39.20 per stay for groups of 1-12 guests, or $50.40 for groups of 13 or more.

  Solterra Resort offers an exciting range of facilities for all ages, available for an optional resort fee of $39.20 per stay for groups of 1-12 guests, or $50.40 per stay for groups of 13 or more. This covers access to the lagoon-style resort pool with water slides and lazy river, two tennis courts, the fully equipped fitness centre, and all resort common areas.

  Additional amenities available at the resort include a children’s playground, beautifully landscaped walking trails, poolside cabanas, a clubhouse lounge, and on-site dining and bar options.

Parking

• Is there parking at Solterra Resort?

  Yes, parking is available at Solterra Resort, with space for up to two cars per villa driveway. All vehicles must be registered for a parking permit at the clubhouse on arrival.

  Additional parking is available in designated bays marked with white lines, though spaces can be limited. Please note that parking on grass or unmarked street areas is strictly prohibited. RVs, trailers, boats and commercial vehicles are not allowed within the resort. We suggest planning for a maximum of two cars per villa to keep your stay problem-free.

• What attractions are near Solterra Resort?

  Solterra Resort’s Davenport location puts some of Florida’s most incredible experiences within easy reach. Walt Disney World is around 18 minutes away by car, Universal Orlando Resort is about 40 minutes via the I-4, and SeaWorld Orlando is conveniently located on the route between the two.

  Beyond the theme parks, nearby highlights include the Providence Golf Course, Lake Marion Creek’s 8,000-acre nature reserve with hiking and biking trails, watersport rentals on Davenport’s scenic lakes, and a great selection of shopping centres, restaurants and entertainment venues.
