Disney’s BoardWalk Inn Resort is located in the Epcot Resort Area. Epcot is the closest Walt Disney World Theme Park to this hotel and guests can access regular boat transport which runs approximately every 15 minutes.

Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours

If you’re staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, use Extra Magic Hours – these give you the opportunity to escape the crowds and visit the parks outside of regular opening hours at no extra charge.

Now through late 2026, refurbishment work will take place in select areas of Disney’s BoardWalk Inn. While Guests may see or hear work during daytime hours, most Resort amenities—including dining, recreation, and merchandise locations—will remain available.

Please be advised that from January 11, 2027, to April 2027, the Luna Park Pool, the Luna Park Crazy Play Area, and Leaping Horse Libations at Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas will be closed for routine maintenance. Guests may see and hear construction until the work is complete. However, the Villas Pool and the Inn Pool will remain open for Guests to enjoy.

From January 24-30, 2027, Disney Skyliner will be closed for refurbishment. A complimentary bus service will be available.

Flying Fish

The Flying Fish is a signature restaurant that offers American cooking with a contemporary twist and has a huge emphasis on seafood. Specialties include potato-wrapped snapper, “Peeky Toe” crab cakes, and oak-grilled steaks. Open for dinner only.
Reseravtions are highly recommended and can be made 180 days prior to your stay.

Savor Old World favorites for both breakfast and dinner at this casual Italian eatery.
BoardWalk Deli

Delight in the timeless charm of the Disney BoardWalk while you dine on overstuffed sandwiches and deli favorites.
Pizza Window

Tasty options include Italian salads and pizza—available by the slice or as a whole pie. Soft drinks, sangria and sweets are also on hand.
BoardWalk Bakery

Boardwalk Bakery is an all time favourite, guests can watch through glass windows as bakers prepare delicious goodies for you to enjoy! Menu items include take-out sandwiches, bagels, pastries, breakfast burritos, and desserts. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Leaping Horse Libations

Childhood memories meet adult merriment at this whimsical carousel-themed bar by the Luna Park Pool. Clown around while you enjoy specialty rocks or frozen cocktails, beer, wine and sangria.
BoardWalk Joe's Marvelous Margaritas

Walk on the wild side with a frozen concoction, including margaritas, piña coladas and the Captain’s Seaside Sensation—a pineapple smoothie with a shot of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum! Mickey pretzels and nachos are also available.
Funnel Cake Cart

Indulge in delicious delight with a fresh ‘n’ hot funnel cake. Sprinkle on some powdered sugar, drizzle with chocolate syrup or pair it with ice cream, and then top off your treat with a refreshing beverage.
Belle Vue Lounge

Step into this quaint 1930s-style sitting room where radios play programs from the era. In the evening, enjoy a cocktail in a comfy chair or on the verandah. Coffee and pastries are served in the morning.

This is some peoples favourite Disney park and it’s easy to see why. We love it but it’s not our favourite. As far as animal parks go, this is one of the best in the world and rides like Expedition Everest and Flight of the Passage are unmissable!

Go here if you are a movie fan. More so if you’re a Star Wars fan. The look and feel of Hollywood Studios is very unique. For the adults I recommend The Brown Derby for food and drinks and of course, do not miss Fantasmic!

It’s our routine now to start a Disney holiday at Magic Kingdom. This is how Disney should feel. From cheerful meet and greets to awesome rides, there is something for everyone here. Casey’s hot dogs are our favourite! Our favourite fireworks show ‘Happily Ever After’ is a must as well. Don’t miss this!

We had an amazing day at Blizzard Beach, both adults and kids. The place was so clean and the staff were great. Both of our kids loved it and didn’t want to leave the ‘training pool’. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Water park is perfect for families but more innovative rides to be found at the new waterparks of universal and seaworld. That been said we spent a lovely day in May - crowds were low so little waiting and since we last went a few years ago tubes are transported to the top to elimiate carrying them. Food choices are uninspiring and not really healthy choIces as with many theme parks but you can take yiur own food in. Its worth going if included in disney combo tickets otherwise volcano bay far superior for teens upwards.

Love the theming in this park and even if not a star wars fan this area and the rides are a must - anazing! We went in May crowds were lower than peak so manage all the rides in one day without lightning passes. Ride of the resistence 45 mins. The only thing disppointing - new re branded muppet coaster not opened until memoral day despite having previews so we missed out. Most rides accessible to a kiddies but if really young probably not enough to entertain/rides for them. No water rides so no chance to cool off.

Galaxy’s edge is amazing! If you’re a Star Wars fan this is a must for you! Hollywood tower of terror is a fantastic ride. Shame about rock n roll rollercoaster-really liked the Aerosmith version; let’s hope the muppets version is as good

Love love love Magic Kingdom-good to see the castle back to its original colours. Tron was amazing & even better at night! There’s lots of work going on so looking forward to the new stuff! Fair few ride breakdowns whilst we were there.
