We love the studio park but found there to be quite a lot of work going on, it will be great when finished. We have been before and never had a problem watching any of the shows but this time we found the Frozen show was always full, we never got to see it.

Ticket purchase was super easy and I linked it to the Disneyland app before we went. Disneyland itself wasn’t quite as magical as we expected. We thought there would be more characters around and a general buzz, but it felt a bit flat. When entering, there wasn’t much organisation with the queues, and one line would suddenly turn into three. The digital map was also really hard to use and to zoom in on, so I’d definitely recommend grabbing a paper one instead. Food was overpriced but below average in taste. Do take your own if you can. Was pleased we could add the Walt Disney entry ticket for additional €25 each, as the main DL was aimed at young children and my daughter is 13.

Tickets wouldn't link to disney app.we had to srand in long que both days for day passes to allow us to try and book virtual que. Wouldn't use these again

Whilst I had no issues with the service itself, from booking the tickets to transferring them to the DLP app, the review is based on the agressive, non stop emails to review the service, I don't need multiple weekly reminders, but if it's so.importsnt to you, here's a 1 star review.

We purchased the one day, one park family pass. It was easy to arrange and getting the tickets digitally before the day saved a lot of time. The experience itself was incredible. We all enjoyed the parade, atmosphere and food in the park. I would say it's definitely an experience place. The rides are good but there is so much between to see and do that at no point did it feel like the day was dragging. Would definitely go again.

I have already made contract and explained my disappointment as the booking system does not allow immediate bookings it resulted in an incorrect purchase only 3 of the 4 days purchased were used as the first day was not recognised on the system and I was left with an unused ticket for the day after we departed A lot of money for nothing

Of all the research we did, these were the best value tickets. Purchase was easy, ticket delivery was smooth and quick as everything was virtual. For our trip, we just added the tickets to my phones wallet and scanned them at the gates. Seamless!
