I'm not happy I booked 4 days for disney and my son was in one day with sickness. I just thought that the day would be allowed another day as it was a 4 day pass and when we came to use it in the 4 day this wasnt the case. I rang attraction while there and no help, they said speak Disney. I was disappointed as we are a family of 6 and spent over £2000 just on disney park tickets.

They were really helpful when I bought the wrong tickets, and very helpful staff on the phone, quickly refunded and bought the correct tickets for Disneyland Paris. You can add the tickets onto the Disneyland Paris app and that made entering into the park very quick and efficient.

Excellent Service, I purchased the wrong dates for ticket to DLP. After speaking with customer service my tickets were refunded and a new order put in place with having the new real time tickets gate ready passes all within 10 minutes.
