Great customer service. I was very confused on the website to how i booked my tickets and making sure i had the right tickets. Do i rang up and the lady was very helpful with all the information I needed. The process for booking my tickets was straight forward and she talked my thought every step. Used my tickets in July 2025 for disneyland paris and had no problems. I had 10 free photo printing with my purchase for photos that I had taken while in disneyland.

Had an amazing holiday at Disneyland Paris. Attraction Tickets made the experience so simple and were always able to answer my questions about the holiday before we travelled. Our flights got cancelled due to air traffic control strikes and this company would not help in the slightest, we requested a ticket date change which you can do through Disney themselves but attraction tickets told me a it’s their policy that they won’t do anything within 72hrs of ticket date even in circumstances such as this. Purchase your ticket directly as this company won’t help even in situations out of your control

It was great to be able to get tickets a little bit cheaper than via the Disney site and find that they work great! My husband was a little concerned but we scanned the code at the gates with no issues at all.

So glad we did purchase park tickets with Attractiontickets, we went with hoppers 2 days and so worth it, we did what we wanted to do on 2nd at Walt Disney studio park then hopped back to do what we missed on our first day at the main park and stayed for a bit of fireworks on 2nd night too!

Have used attraction tickets before quite a few years ago so thought I would use them again for disneyland paris. It was easy to use cheaper than anyone else and the extra 10 free prints will come in handy which I havnt used yet I won't use anyone else for tickets anymore fantastic
