Terms and conditions for Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass Plus
- Your Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass Plus is valid for one year from purchase.
- A gate-ready Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Plus Digital Pass, will be uploaded instantly to your Customer Account upon full payment. Download your Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass Plus directly to your smartphone (or print in advance if you do not have a smartphone) and present the QR code at the entrance to each Los Angeles attraction or experience when prompted.
- The Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass Plus will be available to download from your customer account. Print your Pass or present it directly on your mobile device to get into each attraction.
- Some featured attractions may require advanced reservations. The steps required for making reservations may be found under the 'Reservations' section of the Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass Plus digital guidebook (download instructions will be included with your documentation). It is your responsibility to check each attraction’s admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go.
- Passes are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your pass is activated upon your first attraction visit is then valid for 14-days. You can use it for the number days purchased (consecutively or non-consecutively) within that 14-day period.
- The Universal Studios Hollywood One Day Ticket is offered free with ANY Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass is valid any day of the week. This offer must be used within the life of your Go City: Los Angeles All-Inclusive Pass - For example: if you book a 3-day pass, it would need to be used on one of those 3 days.
- Universal Studios Hollywood requires a same-day reservation before arrival. For example, if you plan to visit on June 1, you'll need to make your reservation on the morning of June 1.
- Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier before your holiday departure date. No refunds are given after this time.
