Didn’t enjoy your attraction. Rude stuff…. Doesn’t make it clear what characters come out on day. Over charged on something asked for money back didn’t get it, So I will not be going back?

Tickets etc all good, we had to reschedule our holiday due to sickness however the lines aren’t open at 5am they open at 9am… so when I got through to reschedule or cancel the tickets I couldn’t because I was 67 hours away not 72 hours from visiting the parks. I felt this was unfair but it is clear in their t+cs… but if it’s that time sensitive there should be an option or a clear option for cancelling online, if it’s so time sensitive yet you can’t cancel before it. Just be aware. Other than that I’ve used attraction tickets before and no issues… I’ve rebooked my holiday directly through Disney this time however.

Free photos were great and a lovely memory of our fab time at Disneyland Paris! We loved all the rides and entertainment and would love to go again! Attraction tickets was easy to use and great to get the free 10 photo prints! On entering the park, I downloaded the tickets to my wallet and we all got through the barriers easily and smoothly. Would definitely go through Attraction Tickets again.

Had to cancel my tickets due to having a bad spell of mental health and it couldn't have been easier. Just sent an email and got a lovely email back wishing me well and got a speedy refund. No hassle involved which was much needed. Once I'm able to go away I'll definitely use attraction tickets!

My father passed away so I couldn't use my ticket. We had purchased 4 tickets in total and everyone else on the group booking still used their tickets. I also referred to family and a further 4 tickets were purchased, so alot of money was spent with the company. I asked for either a refund or to use my 1 ticket on another date / voucher to purchase another time due to the fact my father died and couldn't go and was refused. I think given the circumstances this was very unfair so I wouldn't purchase again from the company or refer on to others.

No problems purchasing or using our Disney tickets. Downloaded them onto our phone and just scanned ourselves in at the gate! And cheaper than anywhere else. We had a great time.

Good discount compared to direct tickets from Disneyland's site. I messed up the names on the tickets but had a call within 30 mins to rectify. The tickets are sent via emails and can be printed if necessary. I opted to add them to the official Disneyland app (they were imported without issue). On the day, used the app to scan the tickets and it worked flawlessly. Great service all around!
