Not much shade so you will defo get burnt! Great water park now the Tapu Tapu bands are gone. Much more straight forward now and the app was great for navigation and slide / ride times.

Initially Enjoyed this park with my family however I had an accident whereby a foreign object became impaled in my foot and I had to receive medical attention. This caused me much anxiety, distress and discomfort. This was a severe breach of Health and Safety - this made me anxious that it could have happened to one of my grandchildren

This was quite a confusing process for myself who is reasonably ‘tech savvy’ and I had to get support to complete the downloads etc., however once this was completed The attraction tickets themselves worked well after initial setting up at parks. Universal with facial recognition Disney with scan of phone and fingerprints. However due to severe breakdowns/malfunction of attractions at the parks we were very disappointed and dissatisfied at the cost we had paid for the tickets in relation to the use of the tickets due to rides being closed and malfunctioning and having to wait in extra long queues. We have since written to Universal to raise this complaint and are awaiting a resolution.

A lot was down for refurbishment. Less busy than other parks brilliant Harry Potter area and Hogwart express ride to Islands of adventure.

Our first time at Volcano Bay, couldn't believe how big the park is. Loved the fast lazy river. Great family raft slides. We weren't bothered about the biggest slides so had plenty of turns on the other rides.

Universal Studios has a nice feel, not as big/busy as Islands so probably feels a bit more chill. Love the theming in Diagon Alley and Gringotts is a brilliant ride.
