  • Always a great day at US & the lowest queue times I have ever seen! We pretty much walked on to every ride. Would love to see the back to the future ride back at US.

  • Another great park. I love that the characters are just out and about walking and happy to have photos. I really do enjoy this park. The night time water projection show was worth waiting for. Really enjoyed it.

  • Fantastic Park with some great rides. Hagrids Motorbike Adventure broke down on both occasions we ride it. Once we had to be evacuated and the staff were amazing and attentive to us. We were then given express pass for the inconvenience. However when riding it again it did the same, but on this occasion we just got off and was moved to the front of the queue to ride again.

  • Great park with excellent rides. Long lines at times which was frustrating. Did not want to pay the additional amount for express pass, as I feel that it would have “eaten” into my budget too much!

  • Great park with great rides. Lines were quite long for some rides, and I had not purchased an express pass. Staff were cheerful and helpful. Signage good throughout. Cleanliness not as on point as Disney. Tables often left uncleared with napkins blowing around the chairs. Disappointing

  • Great waterpark, make sure to get there early as it does get busy, managed to go on most of the water slides early on before there were big queues.
