A great day out with a nice mix of rides. Lacking a rollercoaster at the moment until the new fast and furious ride opens.

Excellent theme park. Great rides. Queues were not too long. Food selection was good. Banana flavoured popcorn was really nice. Only downer was that both days we were there our favourite ride had broken down.

Great park, long queues and quite a few technical difficulty, but we enjoyed the rides we did go on. This was probably our favourite of the three, with Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure and Hulk being our favourite rides. The Universal staff across all their parks are fab too.

We ran out of time to be able to visit Volcano Bay, we had planned to have a dual day at one of the parks, plus volcano bay for a few hours on account that the parking charge just to go to the water park was very high (Disney don’t change parking for their water park), but with the long queues for rides, just didn’t have time.

Great staff, managed to go on several rides. As with all the parks, we felt that they let too many people in, as queue lengths are long on all rides. Still a great day out though.
