Terms and conditions

Terms and conditions for Universal Orlando VIP Experience – 1 Day/2 Park VIP Tickets

  • Park Admission Not Included: A separate valid admission ticket for Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure is required in addition to your VIP Experience ticket.
  • The Universal Orlando VIP Experience is date and time-specific and cannot be used on any other day.
  • Tours depart approximately 30 minutes after check-in time.
  • The Universal Express pass will provide one-time express ride access (with VIP credential) at all participating rides and attractions for the date of the VIP tour (valid at the conclusion of the VIP tour during normal park operating hours) on the same calendar day as the tour. Express ride access is a separate queue line with a shorter wait time at participating rides and attractions.
  • Attractions, entertainment or specific benefits may change operating hours, close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather, or special events, and may otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and liability.

Special Notice:

  • Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • If your party has more than six (6) guests, they will be separated into different tour groups.

Cancellation Policy

Tickets can be cancelled for free up to 48 hours before your tour date. No refunds are given after this time. Cancellation requests received outside of business hours will be deemed as received the next working day.
