Water Rides/ Summer
Make the most of the precious British sun and beat the heat on our splash-tastic water rides! Race your mates down Depth Charge, get yourself in a spin on Storm Surge or take on the current on Rumba Rapids! If you’re feeling really brave, don your poncho (or not!) and surf the Tidal Wave, our biggest water ride that will drench you in a super-soaking splash that needs to be seen to be believed.

The award-winning Halloween event, Fright Nights returns for a spooky season. With no fears going untouched, you’ll be sleeping with the lights on after you come face-to-face with the most horrific, dreaded, and tormented terrors at Thorpe Park. Featuring spine-tingling scare mazes, truly terrifying scare zones, awe-inspiring shows, plus experience some of the UK’s most thrilling rides in the dark.

- UK’s Most Thrilling Coasters - Brave the incredible launch of the UK's fastest coaster Stealth, swerve through near-misses on the UK's first winged rollercoaster THE SWARM and plunge the 100ft 'beyond the vertical' drop of the horror movie-themed coaster SAW - The Ride, and get ready for an abundance of excitement as you take on some of the UK’s most thrilling rides and rollercoasters.
- UK’s Wettest Theme Park - Plunge the super-soaking 85ft drop on Tidal Wave, get drenched on the 64ft spiralling descent on Storm Surge, and play splash roulette on the Island’s ferocious Rumba Rapids as you experience the UK’s wettest water rides.
- Young Thrillseekers - Younger theme park fans can grab their adrenaline apprenticeship as they journey on our awesome junior coaster Flying Fish, before enjoying exhilarating rides such as the gravity-defying Zodiac and a magic carpet flight on Quantum.

Location:
- THORPE PARK Resort is located in Surrey, just 20 miles from central London. There are plenty of transport links between junctions 11 and 13 of the M25.
Season and Opening Hours:
- THORPE PARK opens for the 2025 season on 28th March 2025 and will be open daily until 2nd October 2025. *
- THORPE PARK opens at 10.00 am with closing times varying through the year.
- Ticket Sales building is open from 9 am
- Security checks open from 9 am
- Coffee Shack open in The Dome for breakfast from 9:30 am
- Rides open from 10 am

SAW - The Ride
Minimum Height Required: 1.4 m
SAW – The Ride, the world's first horror movie rollercoaster as you experience a ‘beyond vertical’ drop of 100 degrees from a height of 100ft. Please note: a chest size limit of 51 inches applies on this attraction.You must be able to walk unaided for 25m to ride. Footwear must be worn.

This next generation of Ghost Train will take you on a harrowing journey into the realms beneath THORPE PARK Resort to where the supernatural believers call home. For the first time ever, experience The Walking Dead: The Ride. Those who ride… survive! We will see you at the Safe Zone…Thorpe Park Resort is overrun by Walkers and there is but one goal: survive. Making it to the sanctuary of the Safe Zone is vital for salvation. Located at the centre of the Island, navigate your way to the safety of the indoor bunker. But be warned: all signs point to an imminent invasion of Walkers and ahead, there’s a pitch-black abyss! Keep your head down and move quickly for your best chance of staying alive.
Storm Surge
Minimum Height Required: Minimum height 110cm
Climb aboard a life raft and get in a spin on Storm Surge, the sky-high spinning water ride. Go round the twist and lose control on the 64ft spiralling descent!
Rush
Minimum Height Required: 1.3 m
Zodiac
Minimum Height Required: 1.1m (Under 1.4m must be accompanied by an adult 16+)
Get ready to feel a sensation like no other on Zodiac, a gravity defying spinning ride. Let the power of Zodiac’s spin keep you in your seat as you are turned upside down again and again.
Depth Charge

Fuel the fun on the Dodgems, our classic bumper car ride that guarantees laughter for the whole family.
Mr Monkey's Banana Ride

Swing through a 180 degrees on our top banana. All the family will enjoy Mr Monkey’s Banana Ride, our traditional swinging ship ride.
High Striker

Experience a fun, fast, first-time rollercoaster with a trip on Flying Fish. Now a firm family favourite at the park, Flying Fish is the perfect ride for young thrill seekers to earn their adrenaline apprenticeship.
Rumba Rapids

The Playgound

Calling all little Thrillseekers in training! The Playground is your space to let it all out and learn all the skills to become a fully—fledged Thrillseeker, you’ll be riding Stealth before you know it!
The Playground has been built with accessibility in mind, and features equipment for children of various abilities.

Terms and conditions for THORPE PARK One Day Ticket
- Your THORPE PARK Ticket is only valid for the date selected at the time of booking and cannot be used on any other date.
- Persons under 1.2m go FREE. If your child is under 1.2m, they can visit THORPE PARK Theme Park for free with the purchase of an individual online ticket. This must be collected at the attraction.
- Measurements must be taken wearing flat shoes (no high heels, platforms, or additional padding) and be worn when the height is being measured.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- *CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the operator up to 72 hours before your chosen activity date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 72 hours.
