General Policies
- Age Requirements: Bookings must contain at least one person who is 21 or older.
- Check-in Requirments: A major credit card and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover incidental charges. Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is at 11.00am.
- Rollaway Beds: Rollaway beds are available on a first-come, first-served basis through Star Service Hotline for $35 per day, plus 12.5% sales tax. One rollaway bed is allowed per room.
- Smoking Policy: All Universal resort hotels are 100% smoke-free. The non-smoking policy applies to all hotel areas, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The cleaning fee for smoking in guest rooms is $250.
