An exciting tour of the Golden Circle including Þingvellir National Park, Gullfoss Waterfall and Geysir usually ends in peaceful exhaustion. A visit to Laugarvatn Fontana Spa allows you to relax between the many explorations and recharge your batteries for the continuation of the tour.
The tour begins with a visit to Þingvellir National Park, where the Icelandic Parliament Alþingi was founded in 930 AD.
Next stop is Lake Laugavatn, home of the Fontana Geothermal Baths. Here you can enjoy Icelandic nature while relaxing in the geothermal pools and natural steam rooms.
If you don't want to climb into the geothermal pools, you can also simply visit the café at Fontana Spa and enjoy a coffee or light meal with great views.
After the relaxation break, your Golden Circle tour continues to Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir and Strokkur hot springs. See the very active Strokkur Geyser, which erupts every few minutes, so you're guaranteed to witness an eruption. Don't miss this opportunity to experience the beauty and wellness highlights of Iceland.

- In the event of inclement weather, road closures, or other reasons that may affect hotel pickup, you will be notified of the closest pickup location. It is the guests responsibility to make their own way to this location to be picked up.
- You will receive a voucher for this experience, please read it carefully. You must present a printed copy of your voucher at the start of the tour.
- Hotel pickups begin 30 minutes prior to tour departure. You will receive the exact time when you reconfirm your tour on site.
- Upon returning from your tour, you will be dropped off at the point where you were picked up or at the closest possible point.
- In case of bad weather, the tour operator reserves the right to change or cancel the itinerary.
- You can bring your own lunch if you don't want to shop at the local store or Fontana Cafe.
- Children up to the age of 11 can join the tour for free.
- Please remember to bring a swimsuit and a towel. Swimwear and towels can also be hired on site.
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellations before the date of your travel. No refunds for cancellations after this time.
