We understand that plans change. Our Walt Disney World Resort Hotel cancellation and amendment policy is designed to be as flexible as possible, offering 3 options at checkout.
- Refundable Deposit or Full Payment: You can cancel your booking for free up to 7 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will not receive a refund.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: You can cancel your booking up to 7 days before your arrival, but the £50 deposit will not be refunded.
All booking types can be modified. The first two changes are free if requested more than 7 days before your check-in date. Any further changes will incur a £50 per booking amendment fee. All amendments are subject to availability and current pricing. Please note, any added-value offers that were part of your original booking may be lost if you choose to amend your Walt Disney World Resort hotel booking.
