booking was straight forward. the ticket was good value as it included a voucher for the cafe too ( which was enough to buy a lovely poke bowl and drink). It was cheaper than buying directly. We had to go to a booth at the entrance to convert our ticket into an official ticket but there was no queue for that at 8.45am.

The hotel was pleasant but basic. The mattress was extremely dirty (stained with blood) and the queues for breakfast were too long so if we’d waited we’d have missed magic time in the parks. Staff really varied, some were friendly (eg in the restaurant) and others seemed stressed (reception). Queues for left luggage too. Didn’t see any characters in the hotel at any point in our stay. Stairs to room with no lift. Liked having coffee in the room and Disney themed shower gel, paper cups etc.

As ever fantastic place to be and the Mardi Gras parade was absolutely fantastic , we also went back to see the parade and the kids came home with half our luggage allowance in the bead necklaces they throw into the crowd on the parade.

Epic universe has some amazing theming and some great rides. Shame they are still having so much downtime on the rides. It does need more entertainment away from the big rides as i thought there was not enough to do if you were not on the rides.

Always enjoy our day here . Clearly becoming a more ride orientated park now which i have no issues with . The shows with the animals although not as good as they used to be are still great fun to watch.

We had a great day here with some great slides and the Lazy Rivers are great fun. Only thing that lets this down right from the start here and SeaWorld is the $45 parking charge.
