Great value for money but you so have to queue to exchange these tickets at the ticket office so no fast pass. Luckily the queue was only 5 mins

We actually purchased weekday tickets as they were cheaper. When tickets arrived there was no time restriction or date restriction. We was skating for 3 hours. This is a must buy for NYC and make sure you go skating when it goes dark. The view is amazing and the staff at the ice rink are great. This ticket was great value much cheaper buying this ticket than waiting to get there.

We really enjoyed the skating but there was a huge queue and it made no difference that we already had tickets. We paid around $8 for a locker on top which you don't get back!

I was told when I bought the ticket that I would not need to que to get in but we had to.join the que with everyone else for over an hour so there was no benefit in pre-booking the tickets.

Grumpy staff on the gates who made us feel like prisoners being herded into the slaughter. The skating was amazing and much better and far cheaper than Rockefeller - we went and looked and it wasn't as big or as nice. Would recommend this attraction but they need to get more friendly staff rather than security guards!

This was amazing, in the end I bought the tickets again direct from the ticket office at no extra cost. Also, the ice rink was closed on the day we had booked for due to poor weather conditions.
