I bought the Crystal Maze experience as a gift for my husband and was under the impression that we could use them at anytime 7 days a week 10am-7pm. (They are called ‘anytime’ tickets.) When I went to book the tickets we realised that the experience is not open at 10am during the week which is the only time we are able to attend. This is extremely disappointing and false advertising. It has made booking very difficult and we have had to arrange childcare in order to use the tickets at a later time which is a big inconvenience for us. Had I known this, I would never have booked.
