I booked the Orlando Eye package which included Madame Tussauds and Sea Life. We wanted the tickets for the evening since the weather was great, and they were supposed to be delivered digitally right after payment. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive until 3 AM, which meant we couldn’t use them as planned that night. That said, the company apologised and offered a refund, which I appreciated. Once we got everything sorted, we really enjoyed the package itself and felt it was good value for the price.

Tickets were easy to exchange at the venue and better value than buying them at Icon Park. The sea life centre was well laid out with a good variety of fish. Signage could be better as in some exhibits , the info was faded or unreadable. I know the staff were only doing what they have been told to do do persuade us to buy the photo package, but I didn't appreciate the hard sell. In contrast Tussauds took my first " no thanks" and said I could still look at the photo's on line and purchase if I wanted to later

Easy to change the vouchers from Attraction tickets at the gate and a lot better value. Lots to see and do here. we liked the interactive parts and being able to get close to the figures made amazing photo ops.

Icon park is a lovely park to do at night as it becomes alive with music and fairy lights on the trees. There are some lovely restaurants and not all of them are too expensive. The Wheel itself was very relaxing and the time we went on was perfect as we were able to see numerous firework displays.

I purchased this before we went as i don’t like heights but really wanted to do it with my father. It was fantastic. I just downloaded the ticket showed it when entered and all was good & worked. We loved this wheel the views are amazing

Throughout our ride we were prompted with a voice recording of "Please stand clear of the door" which continued to repeat for the duration of the ride. Staff offered us to visit another attraction, which was not relevant as we had already visited all three.

It was something we wanted to do just for the experience but it's not a thrill ride. The wheel moves very slowly and the view was good for us on a clear bright day but I imagine it could be disappointing if it's raining or cloudy.

I've only marked this down because it was very much aimed at young children and families. It's quite small too and could probably be covered in about half an hour, unless you like sitting and staring at fish swimming

Great experience on the eye, nice to see all the landmarks. We had a clear day and could see all the way to the space coast. All staff were very helpful and was nice to be able to have a photo package after the event.
