Being a family of 5, I was concerned about our seat allocation but we had middle section excellent seats for a phenomenal show

You need to let customers know that prof of payment is required along with a Covid pass. We were delayed getting into the theatre due to not having this information and has to go back to the hotel so we then missed the 1st 20 minutes of the show as they would not let us in without there was a quite a few others who had this problem also.

Excellent and perfect seats, would recommend anybody seeing a show in Broadway (drink a little expensive !)

I use a wheelchair and did mention this at the time of booking once again you exceeded my expectation we had fully accessible seats.. Great night out ***

The marking only went down from excellent to good because of the leg room issue. Although we had a great view in the balcony, all 4 of my party are tall & it was uncomfortable for all of us. That said, the show was excellent.
