This ticket offered good value for money even though we didn't get to do all the tours. When visiting in the winter time, unfortunately the weather can be a problem. We chose to visit the Top of the Rock. I would have liked to have known that we would be given a time to return as opposed to being able to visit the attraction at the time of first arriving there. As it turned out the time slot we were given was after the time we would liked to have visited. On one tour, the tour guide didn't get us to use the headphones & at times he was very difficult to hear. I feel that this info should be passed back to the company as I realise this has nothing to do with Attraction Tickets.

Fantastic Package, if you want to see NYC, all the bus tours, the harbour tour, NYC skyline with the Top of the Rock tour (note: you have to book in first for this and then come back at your allotted time!) & of course the shopping to Woodbury, you go out on the Port Authority Bus, so there is loads of time options and back again when your ready!!

Dave the tour guide (ex Volvo truck salesman) was a star and had us in fits of laughter and told us things and pointed out things we just couldn't get from the tourist books. Absolutely excellent. Cruise was fab, would definitely book this again.

Very good value for money and just what we wanted to see all the sights without having to worry about money during our stay. We collected the tickets without having to queue and were given excellent advice whilst there about top up tickets for another attraction we wanted to visit. The harbour cruise and Top of the Rock were amazing. We would recommend this package . Thank you .

Queue for Brooklyn tour was disappointing , only one bus shared with another tour operator and our company was not given priority despite being there well before the other group arrived. Having booked another activity Nine Eleven ,for the afternoon, we could not do a later tour- disappointing. Otherwise bus tours good and certainly help you familiarise yourself with the city

I didnt realise that these trips have to be used on 4 CONSECUTIVE days so I was unable to use them. I wrote to the company when I got home and had my money refunded in a couple of days. Excellent service
