• How do my Universal Orlando tickets work?

  Specially created for international visitors, our Universal Florida Tickets offer the most value and flexibility for your Orlando holiday and offer admission to all the Universal Orlando Parks. Depending on when you visit, you can purchase one of the following options: 

  • Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket: Valid for arrivals between 1 January – 19 October 2026 and 25 March – 31 December 2027. This includes 14 days of unlimited access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Volcano Bay, and Universal Epic Universe.
  • Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket: Volcano Bay will be closed between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027, those visiting during this time can choose the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket, which offers unlimited access to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and the Universal Epic Universe.

  Select Your Start Date - when booking, select the date you would like to start using your ticket. This should ideally be your first planned Universal Orlando Park visit.

  14-Day Validity Window: Visit the Universal Parks as many times as you like over a 14-day consecutive validity window starting from your selected date.

  Unlimited Park-to-Park Admission: Enjoy the freedom to move between all included Universal Theme Parks on the same day for the duration of your ticket.

  Move freely between all Universal Theme Parks, including ride the Hogwarts™ Express between Diagon Alley™ (Universal Studios Florida) and Hogsmeade™ (Universal Islands of Adventure).

• How will I receive my Universal Orlando Tickets?

  All our Universal Orlando Ticket options are official, gate-ready digital tickets, offering speedy, hassle-free admission to the parks. 

  • Instant Delivery: Your tickets will be available in your AttractionTickets.com Customer Account as soon as your order is paid in full.
  • No Need to Queue at the Gate: You can download your Universal tickets directly to your smartphone or print them at home in advance. Simply present the QR code at the entrance to each Universal Orlando park to walk straight through.

• Do I need to make park reservations for the 4 Universal Orlando Parks?

  No, park reservations are not needed for the Universal Orlando Theme Parks. A valid Universal Florida Ticket is all you need to enter the parks, including the brand-new Universal Epic Universe.

• What tickets should I buy for Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort run a variety of different ticket options and offers to suit all duration and budgets. The best value ticket you can pre-purchase is without a doubt the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket and we would recommend this ticket to all customers visiting Universal Orlando Resort. The 3 Park Explorer Ticket costs little more than a 2-day ticket, but offers guests unlimited access to Universal Studios, Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal's Volcano Bay for 14 consecutive days. Even better, guests can currently purchase the Universal Orlando 3 Park Explorer Ticket for the same price as a 2-park ticket. 

• Why can't I buy a Universal Orlando Tickets for all 4 Universal Orlando Parks between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027?

  The Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket is temporarily unavailable between 20 October 2026 and 24 March 2027 due to the planned refurbishment of Universal Volcano Bay.

  To ensure you still get the best value for your holiday, Universal has introduced the Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket for these dates, offering 14 days of unlimited park-to-park access to the three other Universal Parks - Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe.

• Can I visit Universal Epic Universe more than once?

  Yes! Guests visiting in 2026 and 2027 can visit Universal Epic Universe multiple times.

  While 2025 tickets were limited to just one day, our new Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket (or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket for arrivals 20 October 2026 to 24 March 2027 when Universal Volcano Bay is closed for refurbishment) offer 14 days of unlimited park-to-park admission to all included Universal Orlando parks.

  14-Day Validity Window: Visit the parks as many times as you like for the duration of the ticket. Visit Universal Epic Universe on Day 1, Day 14, or every single day of your holiday if you wish!

• Does the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or Universal Orlando Three Park Adventure Ticket include Universal Express?

  No. Universal Express is an optional add-on and is not included as standard with the Universal Orlando All Parks Ticket or the Three Park Adventure Ticket. 

  If you would like to skip the regular lines, you can purchase a Universal Orlando Express Pass in addition to your admission ticket. We offer several durations to suit your trip: 

  • Universal Orlando Multi-Day Express Passes: These are the best value for long trips and can include access to Universal Epic Universe, allowing you to skip the regular lines at participating rides and attractions across the parks.
  • 1 Day Universal Epic Universe Express Pass: If you only want to skip the lines at the newest park, you can purchase a dedicated 1-day pass specifically for Epic Universe. Date-Specific: 

  Each Universal Orlando Express Pass is only valid for the specific date(s) selected at the time of booking.

  Top Tip: Premier Hotel Benefits Guests staying at the Hard Rock Hotel®, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, or Loews Portofino Bay Hotel receive FREE Universal Express Unlimited for the duration of their stay. This complimentary hotel benefit is valid for Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure only. A separate Express Pass must be purchased to skip the lines at Universal Epic Universe.

• When is the best time to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort is open year-round, so the best time to visit is really up to your personal preference! If you wish to celebrate any of the bank holidays in the parks or even bask in an American style Halloween, Universal will usually have something special going for you to enjoy, just don't forget they can get busier during school holidays. We strongly recommend getting into the parks early in order to get the quickest access to the most popular rides.

  For 2026, the biggest news is that Universal Epic Universe is now fully integrated into the Universal Orlando Resort experience. This means you can visit all five of its "worlds" and experience some of the most advanced theme park technology ever created. 

  The Ultimate Wizarding World Experience

  For the first time ever, you can visit three distinct Harry Potter lands in one day using your Universal Park-to-Park ticket. 

  • Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry™ (Epic Universe): Enter 1920s wizarding Paris and travel via the Métro-Floo to the British Ministry of Magic. This is Universal’s most ambitious dark ride yet, featuring a chase to bring Dolores Umbridge to justice.
  • Hogwarts™ Express: Ride between Diagon Alley™ (Universal Studios) and Hogsmeade™ (Islands of Adventure) and experience rides such as Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts™,  Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey™ and Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure™

• What should I take with me for my visit to Universal Orlando Resort?

  With Florida having tropical weather, it is sunny and warm most of the year with occasional showers and some chilly/colder spells in the winter months. • What time is the parade at Universal Orlando Resort?

  Parade times and schedule may vary. For up to date information you can download the Universal app or pick up a park map and schedule at the park entrance.

• What's on at Universal Orlando Resort?

• How many theme parks are there in Universal Orlando Resort and what are they called?

  There are currently three theme parks at Universal Orlando Resort; Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Florida and Universal Volcano Bay Water Theme Park. 

  A fourth theme park, Universal Epic Universe, will be opening at Universal Orlando Resort in 2025. 

Duration of Visit

• How many days do I need to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  We would recommend 2 days per park if you want to take advantage of everything the Universal Parks offer, as well as re-visiting some of your favourite rides. During busier times of the year, an extra day at the parks may help. Universal Explorer Tickets offer the best value for money as tickets are valid for 14 consecutive days from first use and allow ticket holders the flexibility to come and go as they please and visit the Universal parks as many times as they like for the duration of the ticket.

  If you have limited time, we strongly recommend getting to the parks early in the day or including a Universal Express Pass ticket in your booking to skip the queues.

• Are 2 days enough to visit Universal Orlando Resort?

  We recommend planning at least one day for each park. If you wish to experience everything Universal Orlando Resort has to offer in a limited time or during peak season, we would recommend upgrading to a Universal Express Pass ticket.

• Where is the will call kiosk at Universal Orlando Resort?

  Will call Kiosks at Universal Orlando Resort are located at the front of each park and can also be found in the reception area of any of the Universal on-site hotels.

• Is there free Wi-Fi in Universal Orlando Resort?

  Free wi-fi is available on all Universal Orlando Resort parks, hotels and CityWalk.

Food & Drink

• Can you bring food into Universal Orlando Resort?

  Inside the park you can bring: bottled water (maximum 2 litres), small snacks that do not require heating, any food required for medical purpose, any food required for special dietary needs, baby food/baby formula and soft-sided insulated bags no larger than 8.5" wide x 6" high x 6" deep.

• Can you bring umbrellas into Universal Studios Orlando?

  Yes, umbrellas can be brought into the parks and are also available to purchase in the gift shops should you need.

• Is smoking allowed at Universal Orlando Resort?

  Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas

• How far is Universal Orlando Resort from Downtown Orlando?

  Universal Orlando Resort is conveniently located just off International Drive and around 15 minutes by car to Downtown Orlando

• How far is Disney World from Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort is around a 20-minute drive from Walt Disney World. If you aren't driving, taxis can be found at the hotel or you can book and an Uber service for around $20/$30 each way. Alternatively, Mears Transportation offers scheduled shuttle services at specific times throughout the day at around $20/$25 + tax return per person which can be booked directly through Mears Transportation. 

• How far is Universal Orlando Resort from SeaWorld Orlando?

  Universal Orlando Resort is about 10 minute drive from SeaWorld usually less than $10 through Uber. From the CityWalk bus loop you can also catch the shuttle bus that connects the two parks. If you’re looking to visit various parks, check out our Orlando combination ticket packages.

• How far is Universal Orlando Resort from Davenport?

  Universal Orlando Resort is about 20 minutes drive from Davenport.

• How to get from Orlando Airport to Universal Orlando Resort?

  Universal Orlando Resort is around 20 minutes drive from the airport. Taxis are readily available and around $40 or an Uber service can be called upon at around $20/$30.

• How far is Miami from Universal Orlando Resort?

  Miami is about 3.5h drive from Universal Orlando Resort.

• Where is Universal Epic Universe located?

  Universal Epic Universe is located at 1001 Epic Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819 in Universal Orlando Resort’s new South Campus. The location for Universal Epic Universe is a 10-15 minute drive from the other Universal Orlando theme parks and Universal CityWalk.
