Tickets were reasonably priced but we were told they didn't include Sealife which meant quite a bit of hassle trying to show that they actually did include Sealife (clearly shown on the Attraction Ticket website when we booked but not on the tickets themselves). Some breakdown in communication somewhere between what was shown on Attraction Tickets website when we booked and what was displayed on the QR code on the tickets (and on the printed tickets themselves).

Legoland is always a fantastic day out but some of the rides were closed on the day of our visit (not weather related) hence the 4 stars not 5. The new Galacticoaster is awesome and all indoors out of the heat or rain.

When we bought the one day legoland combi ticket which included the water park we were not told it was only open on weekends some of the month we were going. We went on a Monday and the water park wasn’t open. I think it should be printed on the ticket that the water park isn’t open all the time so you are not caught out and waste your money, We would have gone on a weekend if we had known Attraction tickets said there was nothing they could do about it so we lost out., It needs to be made more obvious on the ticket that is sent to download !

Tickets were very quick to arrive in my inbox. The instructions were easy to follow and it was much cheaper buying before we went than paying on the gate.

Bought the tickets alongside Discovery Cove tickets so they were good value though unfortunately the price didn't include parking.

I have used attraction tickets many times with no issues ( but I had never tried to cancel or modify anything ). On our last trip one of our party didn’t travel so I applied for a refund on one of tickets ( before travel date as per attraction tickets terms and conditions ). They refused to pay out as I was told I had applied too late ( not the case )! I have given up fighting their customer services ( or lack of it ) but will never use or recommend them again
