I booked the Warner Bros Studio Tour for my family on Attractiontickets.com for a specific date and time that was showing as available (along with various other timeslots for that day). 3 days later I received an email advising that the "selected date was in the process of being closed on our system and was no longer available". Unfortunately, the next date that is available is after we leave LA. I was told I will receive a refund, but I have not had confirmation of that as yet. Whilst the consultant who emailed me was apologetic and sounded sincere it is still extremely disappointing, as we will now have to miss this experience altogether. We will likely not be back to LA again (we live in Australia) so this was our only opportunity. Even if the timeslot was taken just seconds before I booked it (which was the explanation given) then I should at least have been informed much sooner than 3 days later. In fact, it should have been within minutes of the booking! Obviously, their system isn't set up that way. Regardless, I would not recommend booking with AttractionTickets as it seems one cannot be guaranteed that the booking is 100% confirmed -even after paying.

Very easy to purchase tickets. Tickets were reasonably priced and sold in British pounds meaning we were able to purchase without having to pay any foreign currency fees. Tickets were delivered instantly.

Best price I could find for the studio tour. Only about £4 cheaper but a saving is a saving. Tour was excellent. Highly recommended if you are in Los Angeles.

Straightforward purchase from AttractionTickets.com with tickets that were scanned on arrival. Brilliant 3hour+ tour of many well-known backlot streets and soundstages. Our knowledgeable guide drove us around the site, with plenty of opportunities to stop and walk around different sets and take loads of photos. The exhibition areas were filled with interesting items from so many famous movies and tv shows, with the option to have professional photos and videos taken on iconic sets for an additional cost. Awesome.

Amazing tour - lots to do could easily have spent more than the three hours we were there but we’re trying to fit a lot in in our short amount of time we were in L A - would certainly visit again!!!
