least favourite park, it felt dijointed and low energy, on first day spent 5 and half ours up and down to guest relations, who were marvellous, but the accomodation in place wasn't working until the very end, very diappointing

This was our first part, and staff helped me, so much with accessability, however because the family has different accessability needs, it meant none of could stay together, I spent almost the whole time up and down guest services trying to sort it out, The staff there were fantastic, however staff at conceirge by haunted area, he came across cold, uncaring and couldn't ***** the gravity of situation and refused to help. Because the park was quiet it felt no so magigal, however i was very distressed as a family we hardly got to do anything, I done mario ride which was very busy and had to leave as got to overwhelmed.

Not for us Went last year Too hot in summer as no shade , not enough rides yet , lines too long Will give it a few years but I’m sure it will be “Epic “ one day

Epic is well decorated and the Stardust Racer ride is fantastic! But the park is much smaller than the others, so the queues are much bigger.

Lovely and new and very quiet at times. Enough to keep entertained for a day, some great experiences/rides but also a few delays/breakdowns. Layout really works.

Epic Universe has some fantastic theming, and the different lands are really impressive. Super Nintendo World was brilliant, as were Dark Universe and How to Train Your Dragon. The Harry Potter area looks great too, although I do think it could do with a few more rides. The biggest issue we had was the amount of ride breakdowns throughout the day, which was disappointing and did affect the experience a little. The light show at the end of the day was excellent though. My favourite ride was Stardust Racers. I wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was, but it’s a fantastic roller coaster and easily one of the highlights of the park. Overall, I’d definitely go back, especially once some new attractions open. It’s a brilliant park, but for me it still doesn’t quite beat Islands of Adventure.

Epic is a fantastic addition to Universal and has some brilliant new rides like Monsters and Stadust , the good is done of the best we have had, and the theming of the lands is truly epic but in August the park is mega hot in the day and there just in not enough shade We visited a number of times but all after 6.00pm which did have the advantage of being cooler and wait times dropped in the last hour but a lot of the food outlets shut at 7.00
