Loved the new park. Lands are small but still had a great day out. Interaction in Nintendo World is amazing. The Ministry is a real wow moment. Isle of Berk is fabulous. Best ride maybe Monsters Unchained.

Worst park, nothing as expected. Went on 2 rides 3 rides were down. Bought express pass waste of money. Not enough to do. Very disappointed. it was also the day that the guy got killed on a ride. Some birthday!

This new park was amazing. The detail in the Super Mario section was incredible. You could only get one day on the universal tickets this year but you could buy a separate ticket to do extra days which we wished we’d done as although we got to do all the rides it would have been nice to see and do more. We bought fast passes which were definitely needed as it’s still very busy due to it being new. You also need to get there as early as you can to get on the busy rides first. Some of the lands open early and have some rides running which have less queues.

Loved the feel of the park and the entrances via the portals are dramatic The overall rides are OK but other than monsters and stardust they are not world class as much as you would expect The Harry Potter ride is overrated and in fact the queue line is more spectacular than the actual ride and why anybody would queue 2 hours for donkey kong is beyond me The food however is far and above what you would expect in a theme park and the character interaction is excellent

For some reason this park seems hotter than the rest! Perhaps it is lack of shade. I fortunately the wait times for rides are just crazy and we did feel that some of them were overrated. Mine Cart Madness was a fun ride but not worth waiting anything over an hour. Mario Kart Bowsers Challenge was very disappointing, there was just too much going on and my daughter and I didn’t have a clue what it was about! Dark Universe was actually really great, Curse of the Werewolf was such a fun coaster, just wish it was a little longer. And the Frankenstein Experiment was brilliant, it’s so well done! Sadly we didn’t get to do the HP rise or any of How To Train Your Dragon due to extreme wait times but this part of the park looks incredible. My partner did Stardust Racers which he said is up there as one of the best coasters he’s been on! We are at Pizza Moon - terrible! Awful pizza and the manager was very rude to us!

I tried to purchase express passes for an amusement park, but the price difference between GBP and EUR was way too high. I decided to cancel the payment, but there was absolutely no way to contact anyone from the company. I’ve lost over €100, and I feel completely ignored. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this service at all.

You can tell it's an outstanding new park with 5 universes. Due to the classics of being a new park, there are long queues of average 2 hs and the ride tend to constantly 'break', have delays and/or close for long periods of time. Once it's functioning properly, it will be an amazing theme park

Architecture was amazing, visually stunning. The isle of berk and Mario land were amazing. Rides were fantastic. Not a lot of areas for rest or shade in the high heat. Harry Potter area only had one ride and no single ride or fast pass which meant a very long wait for everyone Well with a visit for isle of berk alone and we enjoyed the day

We only had one day at Epic but it was great, best lands were the Dragons and Monsters, the coaster in Berk was amazing and the Werewolf ride was so good, the Ministry of Magic was amazing to look at but the ride itself was good but not amazing, Nintendo World is great to look at but Mario Karts wasn’t good, Donkey Kong was great, you definitely need a couple of days to do park justice
