Fantastic park. Queues ridiculous. Need to buy expresses passes to go on anything. Queued for over two hours for Harry Potter then ride broke down

Epic universe has some amazing theming and some great rides. Shame they are still having so much downtime on the rides. It does need more entertainment away from the big rides as i thought there was not enough to do if you were not on the rides.

This park was such a huge disappointment, 1 ride a carousel for a 3 year old, it lasted for less than 2 minutes, but was a 25 minute wait in 90 degrees! I feel sorry for anyone going here in the busy times like school holidays, unless they've bought expensive fast track tickets. Wait in long queues with young children is no joke in hot weather. Walking is constant, it's miles to get around, followed by very long queues and that was late February. Food options are by app, again huge queues, and they don't take cash it was a total disappointment. We won't be visiting Epic again. The only Epic I can put together is the cost for alot of walking, cost and queues. We met a few people who said they were not impressed with the new park either, and some were, but everyone has to make up their own mind.

Very disappointed with this park. The various themes were underwhelming and the queues way too long. Also disappointing that the main adult rollercoaster ride was not working for the duration of our stay. This is supposed to be a new park, which feels as though the opening was rushed

Very new to us this park is set in lovely sy, only did one ride here as just mainly walked round taking everything in, Mario world we found a bit claustrophobic so much going on and very crowded but did the Mario cart ride very good. Loved how to train your dragon it was amazing detail would revisit again.

Very long waiting time, when there stoot 55 minuten it became at least 2 hours that was not fun. We did 3 attractions in 8 hours. So we were dissepointet

Theming is amazing. The different lands are easy to walk round however ride ques can be long. Plenty of place to sit If you do not like rides theres not much else to do . Only one show but theming is worth at least one visit
