- All bookings for this tour are on a request basis - please allow 72 hours to receive your tour confirmation.
- Your host will give you your cruise ticket and a map to guide you to the departure point .
- This is not a guided visit but a reserved entrance activity with a host who takes you to Mona Lisa painting via an optimised route
- Group visits of up to 20 people
- Please note that this tour is not suitable for people with reduced mobility or those in wheelchairs.
- Elevators are not available during the tour
- If you leave the museum, you will not be allowed to return with the same ticket. Any exit is final.
- The Louvre Museum closes at 6 pm (except on special dates).
- This tour does not include access to temporary exhibitions
- Compulsory cloakroom at the Louvre museum for large bags, buggies, and umbrellas.
- The skip-the-line access is subject to the Louvre museum procedures: The Vigipirate plan, the security control or an unforeseen crowd can slow down the entrance.
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellations for bookings cancelled with the supplier 4 days prior to the tour date. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 4 days of tour date.
