had a couple visits just for a couple hours each, nice and quiet in October but still plenty warm enough, longest Q was 25 minutes for the water coaster, everything else was pretty much a walk on

Absolutely 1st class service from Attraction Tickets. No issues with mibile tickets on the phine - all tickets were recognised by Universal. And the Horror Night tickets and the Epic Universe tickets were recognised without any issues. We booked a hotel and tickets package through Attraction Tickets for Universal parks. The hotel that we stayed in - Aventura Hotel - was top notch! Excellent location, my favourite was the 17th floor rooftop bar! Our trip to Orlando was in September 2025 and we booked through Attraction Tickets in October 2024 and we got really good prices! I will recommend Attraction Tickets and I will use them again!

Didn’t actually visit this attraction during our recent stay in Orlando but we did visit Universal’s Volcano Bay during our Jan 2024 stay, best water park we have visited.

Great water park included in your universal tickets. We got free shuttles from the hotel. Only downside was the amount of people queuing for food. Service was incredibly slow. Food was expensive and not great but what you’d except from a fast food outlet.

We had a great day at the water park. The only thing was my son - not quite a teenager and not brave enough to go on the big slides, but quite a child was too tall for the slides in the kids area, that would have been perfect for him. So we stuck to the lazy river and the more rapid river and the wave pool. We still manage to enjoy our time.

We didn't get long in this park as our day was cut short due to a storm however we got to enjoy the crazy river before we left which made a fun change from a lazy river.

The worst part was the immediate 100+min virtual queue for the big slides. It was the only thing my eldest wanted to do and so we missed out. I stupidly thought it would drop later in the day and it didn’t so they shut the queue before we got to ride. Lots of other bits for all the family to enjoy and plenty of food and drinks available on site. Also wish I’d have known about the towel rental. Just presumed they’d be free as they were at Disney. But $28 for four isn’t the end of the world. The talking heads were a hit and the transportation was FAB!
