I had 9 multiple park tickets .. yet we where refused entry as park was at capacity however 2 of our party where allowed to purchase tickets on the day after we had been refused … and then went and got a refund … disgusting way to treat a party who had spent a small fortune on tickets … I emailed to complain got a response asking us to send out tickets etc that was over two weeks ago and they’ve not bothered to reply at all

Good fun water park, we enjoyed the day around the lazy river and in the wave pool. Only managed a couple of slides as it was a rest day from the parks.

First visit and we'd certainly go again. Great fun, and a good break from the theme parks. The lazy river isn't that lazy (you get the hint when you put on the life vest). Issues are there's a lack of shade unless you fork out for premium, and food options for just a snack (who wants big meals at a water park) are not great.
