Fantastic park, loved all the rides, our favourite was definitely Hagrids and Velocicoaster, the water rides were great fun too and we really enjoyed Mythos for dinner.

This was quite a confusing process for myself who is reasonably ‘tech savvy’ and I had to get support to complete the downloads etc., however once this was completed The attraction tickets themselves worked well after initial setting up at parks. Universal with facial recognition Disney with scan of phone and fingerprints. However due to severe breakdowns/malfunction of attractions at the parks we were very disappointed and dissatisfied at the cost we had paid for the tickets in relation to the use of the tickets due to rides being closed and malfunctioning and having to wait in extra long queues. We have since written to Universal to raise this complaint and are awaiting a resolution.
