We purchased 14 day Disney and Universal Combo tickets which came with various 'free gifts' - the most useful of which was the complimentary Disney Memory Maker included with each adult ticket. The prices were very competitive, booking procedure was simple and efficient and provision of the tickets timely - thoroughly recommend.

I would have given it a 5 if it wasn't for the ticket just being a printed barcode on a piece of paper, most people seemed to have credit card style cards . It started to become very worn and was a problem at the ride lockers. Did try to get this changed on a couple of occasions but couldn't find anyone to help with this.

Good park and good opening times here at adventure but long queues on hagrid and then in 90 mins it wouldn’t work so we had to come out so wasted times and not accurate with the ride

One of my favourite parks. The rides are excellent and varied. The themes are brilliant. The choice of foods is good. The freestyle coke machines which also dispense ice cold water are a godsend and disney should take note.

Amazing!!! The rides are absolutely the best. Harry Potter world is so good, the interactive wands are fun and the entertainment is good too. The water rides are the best I’ve ever been on, they get you absolutely soaked! I love the rides and attractions in this park, a must do every visit for us and a must do for anyone travelling to Orlando.

Love love love their parks, admittedly i am scared stiff of rides so i don't go on them but my husband & son absolutely love them so i'm happy to sit & wait for them to ride everything because that's what we paid for. The best thing for me was harry Potter world & if you are a massive fan like me you are gonna love it, from diagon alley to boarding the train to hogsmeade is absolutely brilliant 👏. Our only complaint was that every day we went over the two week ticket period, the hagrid bike ride was broken down so my hubby & son never got to ride it 😤😢

Loved universal. I stayed on site with attraction tickets and had park tickets too. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I have used them lots of times before too
