Got my tickets on an offer buy 1 day get 1 free which was an absolutely awesome as we were in Hollywood for two days. I printed my tickets off just to be safe. But I was able to link my tickets to my Universal app. Just incase your wondering this is my first purchase of theme park ticket from these guys and it certainly won’t be the last, fantastic service with a price that I can’t beat elsewhere

This was the most fun and the best day ever! The rides were awesome, I loved the studio tour, the decor was amazing, the water show was the best thing I've ever seen (I've seen a lot of theatre) and I loved all of the characters interactions. The Universal staff were fab! Downsides- I would say the express tickets are overpriced but they did prove their value. The food in Toad cafe took a very long time to come out. $50 extra for the Nintendo wristbands seems very very steep when you're already paying over $200-250 for a ticket. This needs to be relocked at. We ended up not purchasing the wristbands which would have made a perfect ending to our day. Also, we ended up buying the photo package but we didn't have any professional photos from our Simpsons interaction and the camera in the Simpsons ride wasn't working. We felt we didnt get the full use value with our (expensive) photo package deal. Overall, this was a magical day and so fun.

Easy to purchase the tickets and easy to use at the attraction. No need to exchange a voucher, the QR code worked at the gate. Two days for price of one was really cool.
